The people in staff are accommodating I stayed here for a week so far.... so I made it home ....overall good experience so far. I changed rooms here.. absolutely adorable also🩶 the housekeeping here is so friendly it makes the stay worth while honestly just to be able to have such pleasant interactions.

My husband recently stayed here, as he needed a room for a last minute family wedding. It was a 12 hour drive away, so the room was booked based on their website pictures. HUGE MISTAKE. Staff was rude when he checked in, acted like they did not want to be there, and gave him a filthy room. He was told no other rooms were available, so he called me (as I was not able to travel with him), I looked on the website and saw they still had several available rooms. They refused to move him to a clean room, refused a refund, and made no offer to service the room. Parking lot was so full of unrepaired potholes, that it was practically a walking hazard. The door was not secure, as both the flip latch and the deadbolt were broken or had parts missing. Gaps both under the door, and the side the doorknob is on, so the door barely caught, and could have easily been breached. Peep hole was too dirty to see out of. Ceiling light was dirty and full of dead bugs. Filter for a/c heater combo unit was so caked with dust, husband had to clean it, himself, to get air to flow through. Bathroom linens were rumpled, and there were only a couple little "ketchup packet" toiletries. Bed was made, but he's not sure if the sheets were fresh. Mattress was worn out, lumpy, noisy, and uncomfortable. Bedspreads look like the same ones they had in 1997, he said. Dirt, crud, and grime were all over the floors and surfaces. Chairs were mismatched and dirty, with stained upholstery. The window sill was covered in dead bugs. Bathroom sink was clogged, and took forever to drain. Shower was so disgusting, that he did not use it. It was full of rust, grime, and filth. It was obvious that this room has not been properly serviced in a very, VERY long time. Smoke and air quality detectors were falling off wall, and no indicator light was on, so it is assumed they were not working. The entire room smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes (this was booked as a non smoking room). It was very apparent to him (and me, when he sent pictures) that there is a lack of proper (or even basic) care taken at this place. You would be better off to sleep in your car. There are 13 photos in this review, yet they won't show when I post. The photos posted on their website are certainly misleading.

Econo Lodge (other cheap option in the area) had no vacancies so my girlfriend and I ended up here. I empathize with other reviewers who said they felt like the desk staff didn't want to deal with them. The desk worker refused to take my girlfriend's credit card because she didn't have a driver's license (she doesn't drive so why would she?) saying "Ohhh how can I know this card is really yours?" so I had to pay for the room (luckily I had both a credit card and a photo ID with my name on it; unusual for me!) and deal with her feeling bad about something so stupid. Thanks jerk!

Very dirty matress, blanket and owner is always angry But the room cleaner are so helpful

The remote on the tv doesn’t work you have to manually change every time you want to change Chanel or volume I complained once he said no it works the I turned it on changed channel one time won’t work after complained again he changed the battery it worked one night I stayed 5 nights very disappointed I didn’t want to go back and continue complaining but wtf is wrong also I put ac on 69 every day when I came back it was back @72 and now here’s the tv I can’t sleep without the background noise

DISGUSTING! Went here on a Saturday night and got a room with 2 beds. Paid 100 dollars for this terrible place! Weird stains on the chairs and saw dried blood on the mattress. I couldn’t believe they left it like that without being properly sanitized and clean. Not to mention it looked like mold stains on the box spring. So nasty I literally walked out and slept in my cold car. Not to mention the latch on the door literally FELL OFF as I touched it. Terrible place.

Honestly been staying here for about 2 and a half weeks now with my husband. Beds aren't the best, but the owner is extremely sweet everyone is here. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who has to stay somewhere if need be... the cons of it are there are no snack machines, so make sure to bring like a microwave dinner or lunch or something.

Although I had a key to the door there as a huge hold where the original bolt lock was....anyone could have stuck something inside of that hole and turned the handle or unlocked the bolt above the hole. The Air Conditioner worked but was across to the back of the room, outside of the bathroom so it took a long time to cool the room down and the slats were broken on the A/C and was very dusty inside. No safety handle inside of the shower which I feel is important not only for older people like myself but anyone climbing inside of the shower. No extra blanket and the pillows were so uncomfortable was was the bed...like a board! No sleep due to the hardness of the so-called mattress! Odor was very musty!
