The place is disgusting. The owner is rude and nasty without reason. The prices aren't consistent. He says, "My hotel, my price. " When you ask him to explain charges, he starts to yell and tells you to check out. There's open drug activity and prostitution on the property. The bathroom was so nasty. The rooms are full of dust. The sheets and spreads are dirty. I wouldn't place a dead dog here to die and it's already dead. If I could give a -10 rating, they'd get it.

I got a room there because it was the cheapest in the area and my wife and I just needed and a place to crash. The guy I spoke with was very unfriendly, but I decided to take the room anyway. As soon as he gave me the key (nobody has keys anymore!) I became suspicious. Opened the door, it was a dump. Then I saw a cockroach scurry behind the bed, and another behind the circa 1987 T.V., so I went right back to the front desk, gave the guy all the stuff back that he'd just given me and told him I'm not staying there. Without saying a word, he processed a refund. I guess that happens all the time. I went down the street and stayed at the quality inn for an extra 20 bucks. Didn't even have to share my bed with a cockroach!

As of my visits in 2017, it is the best hotel deal in the Florida City / Homestead area. It cost $50 flat, taxes and fees included. The doors work well and no junkies or hookers pressed me to explain my choice to not carry cash.

The rooms ain't clean. When me and husband rented a room the house keeper said she just cleaned it but there is no way she could have because there was dirt on the bed sheets and hair and dirt on the floor. It just wasnt clean. The people who run it are rude and disrespectful. This place is way to high for all the bs that comes with it.....

Dirty rooms nasty counter man We looked in door When back to desk They refused to refund or money. Said they would call the cops . So we call them . $55 was cost of the room Roches on wall TV with no remote. No cable . Crack pipe comes with the room Yes the cop picked it up when we showe him the mold on the wall For him to add it in the police report. We received a refund after He got nasty with the Officer they mention codes and compliance ..lol

Being homeless was a ok place but the man changed his price cause I have dogs I refuse to leave behind.. beds are nasty and the are full of junkies. Lots of noise

A bit overpriced for the quality of the place. But if you're in real need of this place, it'll do. Just beware of a succubus named Daytona. She will devour your soul through your rectum, and do it with a beautiful smile on her face.

Way too much $$ for such a dump. For the price it should look nicer but ohhh well. Yes it's scrupulously not nice but nice thing are not cheap either. I do like I can do what ever with out harassment. Enjoy my peacetime
