Can't tell you much about the place my wife and I just drove there to check the place out.we were going to check out the efficiency's out.but there's no office you have to contact the owner from the phone and meet you there.i did talk to him on the phone and he seemed like a very nice guy but we found a place this is not a motel it's a apartment and efficiency's didn't look to bad but really close to the thruway so traffic is a little loud but I'm sure you can get used to it.sorry can't give anymore info I'm a guide so I will not lie about a place only tell what I know and it's not much about this place it is a nice area
