Holiday Inn Titusville - Kennedy Space Ctr, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Titusville - 4715 Helen Hauser Blvd, USA

We chose this hotel because of price and proximity to cruise port to relax after a long drive. It was a clean, comfortable basic place with exceptional staff. We explored downtown but it was a Sunday and pretty much closed up. There was a cracker barrel a few hundred feet from the hotel, so that was convenient not having to drive to eat. If you're doing the space center, this is a great choice. The port was an easy drive of about 20 min to cruise parking.

We checked in Aug 31st around 530pm. Sorry I didn't get their names with the girl and the young man at the front desk were phenomenal. When was perfect. They have a voucher for breakfast which is $7 which includes either off the menu or the buffet which was great. Please remember that does not include the tip. You have to get that at the desk when you check in. We had dinner there also no voucher for that (very reasonable )and breakfast and both were excellent and the service is phenomenal also and so is a food.

Good size room. Furniture/bed newer and clean. Had broken shower door with shower curtain rod repair in our room which detracted a little. Water pressure for shower was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Pleasant surprise was the in hotel restaurant. The items offered was simple but excellent quality. Was very pleasant surprise as all food was well done. Would eat in again without hesitation.

The rooms are very damp. Very. Very. Damp. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was great. This year there seems to be humidity issues indoors. Our tub didn't drain properly. We asked for a dehumidifier, a tub clean out, and extra towels. We didn't receive any of these. I had to go to the desk a second time to get towels.

Very close to the interstate, but we never heard traffic noises. There is a curb preventing you from turning to town. So you have to go a bit out of your way and U-turn. It never was a long wait but annoying. Very friendly and helpful staff. We needed to print a document for a meeting and a quick email to them had it printed without delay or cost. The meeting room was fine with nice chair and table covers.

My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn (Titusville) the night before visiting the Kennedy Space Center.||This hotel caters to the NASA visiting crowd. There are a few decorative and informative pieces kept at the hotel related to the KSC that make it a bit more inviting.||Essentially, you get what you might expect from a Holiday Inn. It’s a nice, clean hotel, without many frills. It served its purpose, but without breaking the bank. Other hotels in the immediate area and especially those further East or even South to Cocoa Beach area are much more expensive. Apparently, cruise ships board in the immediate areas, which drives the costs up, substantially.||If you are looking to go on vacation and the KSC is one of many stops, look to save some money at the Holiday Inn (Titusville).

We booked a room to stay the night before our cruise - when we arrived we were told the breakfast for the room doesn't include everyone in our room and we would need to purchase additional breakfast vouchers. I showed my reservation where it was included and I was told that wasn't accurate. We had to purchase additional breakfast vouchers. The restaurant - we had dinner and breakfast there. Typical menu, amazing service. This is probably the best part of the hotel. The room - we couldn't use the sofa bed. It was so old and in horrible shape that one of my kids chose to sleep on the floor. The room was humid even with the ac running. If it wasn't so late at night I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and the location is great. The lobby was clean and orderly; it is just too bad that the rooms were not in the same condition. The carpets are gross so I literally laid down towels so that I could walk around the room w/out having to wear shoes. Unless you can sleep on a mattress that severely sags in the middle (both queen mattresses were the same), I would not recommend this hotel. I travel quite a bit for work and this was seriously the second worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on.
