My husband and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Savannah for 3 nights. We had a wonderful experience. We have already booked our next trip. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very professional and super nice. I cannot say enough good things about the breakfast and the ladies that worked to make sure everyone was satisfied and happy with their food. The location was centrally located and it was very convenient to River Street and a lot of good restaurants. The room was very clean and our view to the river was beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a nice stay at the property. It is an older (not updated) property but the hotel is clean and has a super location. This is a property if you get a low rate is absolutely worth staying. We have stayed at much nicer properties all around historic district but always paid much more. Street parking is free around this hotel. Valet only is very $$.|The front desk was very friendly, we had a minor issue with room and it was taken care of immediately, thank you O’bradella! |Look forward to seeing you again.

This is by far one of my best stays at a Holiday inn. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was amazing. The only issues I would express would be there was only one guy working the valet parking and we didn’t want to wait so we just ended up parking in the other lot beside the hotel. But over all , I enjoyed this hotel and I will come back when in Savannah area.

This place thinks it's a lot fancier than it is. No on-site parking - your only options are $45 a night for valet, $35 a night for the lot next door, or get lucky and find street parking. Breakfast is $16 a day (free if you're a rewards member) and was mediocre at best - while they had options I don't see often at other hotels like grits, the fruit tasted like it had been sitting out a couple days, the sausage was dry, and there were not a lot of options for coffee. The room was outdated, and the drawers had something sticky on the handles and inside. I'm only giving this place two stars because the bed was comfy, it is located in a very convenient area within walking distance to river street and downtown, and the employees we encountered were all nice but nothing above and beyond. Definitely not worth the price, but even if the nightly rate was cheaper I would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on West Bryan Street in Savannah, Georgia, and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring the charming historic district. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs or questions. In addition, they recommended Elite Taxi Service for my transportation to the airport, and it was equally impressive. The driver was punctual, professional, and courteous, ensuring a smooth and stress-free journey. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I highly recommend both the Holiday Inn Express on West Bryan Street and Elite Taxi Service for anyone visiting Savannah.

Spent 3 nights here for a short family vacation. I think I would stay elsewhere if I ever visit Savannah again, but the people who work here make up for the property’s short comings. First of all, valet parking is all but mandatory and it’s $45 a day. I assumed there would be a reasonable amount of parking nearby, and maybe it’s a Savannah-wide issue, but there really isn’t. The attendants were very helpful and responsive. I liked the link system they use. The room wasn’t the cleanest. It wasn’t horrible, but there should be a bit more attention to detail. I let stuff like that go usually, but it can be indicative of hidden issues elsewhere. 6/10 on the cleanliness. I originally got a follow up email just before the stay that said the pool would be closed until 9/30/24, but it was open through at least Labor Day (although a child pooped in it our final night and shut it down for the remainder of the day). I almost cancelled due to the email since the kids were looking forward to the pool. Bit of a mixed message there. The front desk employees were very helpful and made my stay as easy as possible. The location is great. It’s a 5 minute walk from river street and another 5-10 min walk to some great restaurants downtown. My wife did mention that gaggles of loud drunks walking back from River street woke her up each night at 2-3 am, though I slept through it, so keep that in mind location-wise. I didn’t try the breakfast. For $15.95, go to a restaurant downtown. At least they will make the food for you. Finally, what’s the deal with single ply toilet paper? Is decent TP really that expensive? I’m gonna start bringing my own, for real. The “Dove” products in the bathroom are not Dove. The bottles are filled with something barely resembling soap. See photo for view from the 5th floor room.

Stayed for two nights 4/26 & 4/27 for a wedding that was right next door. Room has been updated so clean and sufficient. We booked a group rate and there was some confusion at checkout over the rate but the manager cleared it up. The breakfast is much better than most Holiday Inn's and Lady A made the ambience so enjoyable. She is a true gem of an employee and should give customer relations training across all Holiday Inn properties!

Excellent! Wonderful, helpful Ms. O, on front desk, and all staff were wonderful. The spotlessly clean room includes a microwave and fridge. Also full ironing board, iron, hair dryer, and a movable table that allows you to do your work looking out at Savannah! A switch on the thermostat allows for constant fan (for germ conscious folks, this makes life easier). Some sites list afree breakfast amenity, but the hotel is clear about the cost. It is SO worth it! I have no idea why this is 3 star? Size of rooms? Mine was great! I have stayed in 5 star hotels, the only thing missing is doorman, bell captain and butler. Great air quality. Excellent location, and staff.

What a gem. This is a total find. The apartment is very large and has everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were two friends, so I used the sofa bed as an extra room. It worked very well - it’s big and comfortable and, if you ask, they’
