The rooms were clean, you could control the temp in the room, the room was cool unpon arrival, the bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. I would highly recommend staying here. This was our 2nd time in a year. The staff was very friendly and very eager to please.
This is a very unique Best Western. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I suffer from asthma and the air conditioning didn't bother me, super clean air conditioning!|I enjoy that they give out free waters to every customer. They also have a water dispenser in the lobby woohoo!
The beds were really comfortable. Excellent free breakfast. Helpful front desk service. Location was great. Shuttle service to Hot August Nights in Reno, Nevada was greatly appreciated . Saved us from having to find parking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who wants a great experience.
Not the newest hotel in the Reno-Sparks area. Adjoining neighborhood is industrial but a nice play to stay for a night. Big rooms, good mattress, excellent shower. Very friendly staff. Full breakfast is free. Hat tip to Bobby, who works hard to keep the breakfast buffet full. Will even provide to-go boxes to take your breakfast on the road.
Such a clean and comfortable environment to relax in after a hard day of work. Especially since I am a truck driver, and rely on rest for my 10 hours down or 34 hour reset. The staff was very courteous and their service was exceptional. I had a great experience.
Nice facilities and amenities. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The room was very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel is pet friendly. The pool and lounge area are very nice. Truck and RV parking is available in the rear of the hotel.
This was the first time using this location for an associates extended stay in Sparks Nevada for business. The accommodations, staff, and location were all to our standards and liking. Great price also. I continue to use BW and BW Plus locations for all my business and leisure travel.
Overall, an average stay. We did have problems checking in as they had a hard time finding our reservation. Our room was also dirty our first night (stained sheets), but that was fixed the next day. The breakfast is okay, but there are long lines, and despite how hard the employees work to get the food out, there are always guests that load their plates leaving nothing for others (I waited on 3 different occasions to get pancakes because people in front of me grabbed 6 or 7). The employees were nice overall when spoken to, but no one went out of their way to be friendly. I’d say everything was generic across the board.
My husband & I travel for his career and are away from home 10/12 months of the year. With that being said, of the MANY hotels we've stayed at this is the best. (Thats including Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki, HI also).
