We stay at this hotel at least once a month and have for years. We love the staff, the restaurant and just everything about it. The alumi house restaurant has amazing food and the bartender, monyay if so personable and competent. Only 1 draw back, the breakfast itself is delicious, but the service at breakfast is not very good. Still, I would recommend it.

My expectations were exceeded by the generous and courteous management staff. I was given a different bed type than what I originally booked, and the manager stepped in immediately and rectified the situation without hesitation and to my complete satisfaction. I enjoyed my entire stay, because of the courteous and professional staff. They handled my issue quickly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and completely satisfied. I appreciate the exceptional customer service!
What a nice hotel with excellent accommodations and a restaurant that serves delicious food. We stopped here after a long drive in heavy traffic and rain and were greeted by the warm smile and friendly greeting from Miriam at the front desk. She was so nice and accommodating and seeing her was exactly what we needed to relieve the stress from the drive. |Our room was quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. Dining at the Alumni House restaurant inside the hotel for both dinner and breakfast was excellent and obviously convenient!.
We normally don't stay with HI but ended up here. It was a great visit, Sydney at the front desk was SUPER. She was like our own concierge person. We will definitely stay here again.
Hotel is top tier in the area! The staff are super nice, they go over and beyond to help you! I was upgraded to a beautiful suite with my member status, I was treated so nicely and the general manager came out to greet us and made sure we were good! Room was very nice and cozy! Bed was very comfortable! They have a restaurant and a bar!! Good and drinks were great!We didn’t even leave the hotel! There is an outlet mall walking distance and so is bass pro! This is a great location to stay if you’re ever in town, also lots of restaurants are nearby! Thanks for a great stay, my family and I enjoyed it!
The shuttle from airport made me feel safe. The staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and I felt like I was at home. The location is in a great area and is easy to get around.
Love this Hotel food is good a staff is great! Sydnee is super nice and rooms are large and clean. I stay here 2 or 3 nights a week and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. It also is in a great location right next to Bass Pro and the Outlet mall.
The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a location close to several restaurants and stores. I wish the hotel offered a free continental style breakfast because the restaurant on site can be expensive.

Great location but you wonât hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-5
