Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry, an IHG Hotel - Featured Reviews (654)
Excellent hotel! We stayed for 3 nights at the end of August in a King size room with a Canadian skyline view on the 7th floor! The room itself was very clean and the bathroom was spotless!!! We loved the flooring and the decor....all modern/updated! The water was always hot and we really liked the LED lighted mirror in the bathroom too! Even the hallways were always clean and the staff was also great from check-in to check-out! The only "negative" would be how small the elevators are. There is barely enough room for one person with the luggage cart in there. But the location was the best part of this hotel! It was a very short walk to the park and right across the street was the pathway along the Niagara River. This hotel is also within a short walking distance to the Rainbow Bridge, in which we took to get to Canada. We traveled to Canada by foot and also by vehicle. This hotel is also conveniently located to the Hard Rock Cafe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be stay here again on my next trip to Niagara Falls :)
I had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn! The hotel is clean and refreshingly modern, unlike some other locations I’ve visited. The interior design is tasteful, and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. I spent an hour watching the sunset change, and it was truly awe-inspiring.
One unique feature is the two massage chairs in the lobby, which seem to be a hit with tourists. The pool is interestingly located right next to the lobby, sharing the same space.
Mario’s Pizza is within walking distance, and it’s definitely worth trying. And if you’re lucky, you can even watch fireworks from your room—such a cool experience!
The only weird thing is that they charge you for parking, which was unexpected. Despite that, this is still one of my favorite Holiday Inns, and I would recommend it!
Good location right on the doorstep of Niagara Falls State Park. Plenty of parking available and the Niagara Information Centre is across the road.||Service was good, especially in the Anchor Bar when we arrived much later in the evening than expected. The Buffalo Wings were excellent and this is actually one of the better eating/drinking places on the USA side of the falls. In truth the area is a bit run down but the Holiday Inn does its best to rise above that.||We decided to splash out on a suite which turned out to be two rooms connected. The bedroom was fine although the furniture in the sitting room was sparse with the TV attached to the wall at a bit of an angle. The sitting room could also do with more lights to help with reading/atmosphere but at least we had plenty of room.||A pleasant stay for a couple of nights.
Overall a nice stay! Great location with easy walking to many attractions, even with our young kids. Beds were comfortable. Our room needed updating as well as various parts of the hotel. There were things done cosmetically to make it look up to date, but you can still see some more structural things that needed fixed.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay here. Good customer service, clean, spacious rooms and strong wifi. We especially appreciated that they were willing to hold our luggage in their locked storage area even after we checked out so we could take one last walk before we headed to the airport. And did I mention how conveniently located to the falls it is?!? They are within an easy walking distance of the falls. That was the best!
The manager, Wendy, and everyone in guest relations (especially Sam) were very accommodating and helpful. They literally saved my trip from turning into a nightmare. The hotel was clean and my son loved the pool. The location to the state park is top-notch and we felt very safe walking to and from the park to hotel. I don’t typically leave reviews…I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
First and foremost don't waste your money on buying the breakfast at the Anchor Bar attached to the hotel. It was an "add on" of $50 per day and there are so many other places to get breakfast that that was over the top. Also, the room had moth type flies all over the window, it was like they hatched the morning we checked out. We told the manager he seemed less than interested and said "I'll let house cleaning know." The elevator wasn't working and when I said something to the desk person he acted completely surprised. It was frustrating to say the least. Absolutely didn't live up to the Hilton brand.
Tony and Reina were a kind and great team checking in. We didn't have a reservation and it was midnight. They really helped us in having a room for the weekend.
The room was clean and view was great. The location is close to the falls - very walking friendly to the falls and the islands. Which I appreciated.
Only issue, is the price. We paid 200 (friday night and 260 (Saturday night) plus 20$ for parking per day plus taxes. Totalling to $615 for a night and a half basically. This I felt was quite on the higher end. And looking at the other reviews, we paid quite a bit, but my fiance and I were coming from out of state, so we were expecting it.
And this price was after they had already lowered it. (Original price was 260 and 370 for the room).
Not much late-night activities around. Most restaurants close at 9 to 10ish even on the weekend - except for the casino. Selections and prices aren't the greatest either.
Definitely do your research before traveling.

Excellent location and service. Angelo was amazing. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was tiny, but cute. Breakfast was okay and did its job. Literally easiest walk to the falls which makes it all worth while! Thank you for a great experience.

The power of the water blows you away. While the other falls may be larger this is equally as impressive. I read a sign that it said 75000 gallons per second go over these falls. Incredible to be there. Even better in the fall with the colorful folia

Awesome drinks, great prices, and very kind bartenders! I ordered a cucumber jalapeño margarita which was delicious and made with all fresh ingredients. Our bartender gave us great recommendations on where to go to get away from the touristy Niagara
Nice way to give recognition to a very well renowned scientist that shaped modern world so vastly. The various attractions around Niagara Falls will espouse on the contributions of Nikola Tesla, so be sure to read more about him while touring Niagara
I've had wings from all over WNY, and all over the US... I can honestly say, without lying, that their wings are my favorite. Consistently perfect. Not rubbery, not chewy, crunchy, enough sauce, great flavor... I can find no fault. Bravo. I've been r
