The staff was pleasant.. I really enjoyed my trip. The breakfast bowl was AMAZING (thank you cooks), the servers were attentive. The bartender was friendly, she can definitely make a pot of tea. One of the security guards smelled amazing, all of them were friendly and a joy to converse with. The pool bartender was so helpful, I need folks who come visit to treat her better. The night front desk lady (I forgot her name) is hilarious. I will be back in November, I will edit my review. Overall you all are the definition of southern hospitality.. Thank you for being you!!!! The hotel is gorgeous and conveniently located to every place we wanted to go..

A decent hotel - slightly tired by very well located and central. Good air conditioning and comfy bed - great shower. We had a great breakfast and OK nachos for dinner later one night. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Staff very helpful. Recommend.

Great location. Entering the lobby was easy. Paid parking was definitely worth it. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very nice. The room was very nice, clean and had a great view. The pool and fitness room was another great experience. I took a star away for 2 reasons. 1. I was under the impression there was free breakfast. The website is misleading. There is a restaurant but you have to purchase breakfast. 2. My daughter stopped up the toilet (Kids.... Gotta love them) It was check out day and they never came to unclog it. Even after multiple calls. Can you imagine we couldn't use the bathroom. 2 minor instances that I can overlook and return.

Would definitely stay her again! Perfect location, walking distance to Bourbon street (about 10-15 min) but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone was friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, pool was cool! We had dinner at the hotel one night and the waiter made my 16 year old niece feel very special with a birthday (non-alcoholic) drink and dessert. There is a parking lot adjacent to the hotel, not sure how much it is. We paid for parking at the hotel and it was very easy and convenient. The line to get into the hotel was a little long and not much space. If you’re able to, I would suggest one person stay in the car while the other person goes in to get checked in to help speed up the process. Worked perfectly for us.

I was there the week of Juneteenth for a family reunion. Our stay was AMAZING. The accommodations were wonderful and staff was helpful and friendly. It started a check in, the clerk was great! We booked banquet rooms for meet and great, hospitality and final gala. The chef prepared delicious food. Mr. Anthony and Mr. Darryl attended to our needs for room set up, and assistance to make sure we were comfortable! Making arrangements with sales safe prior to event was seamless! I felt like a Princess! Location is great and I will definitely be back.

I loved staying in this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, the view was wonderful, and the service was excellent. The check in process was so nice, especially, as we arrived very late. They were able to answer all our questions as well. The only thing I would say is the pool is a little small but it was still lovely to be able to take a dip and cool off. The parking was very easy and totally worth the $40 to be able to come and go as we pleased. 5/5 experience and I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay at this hotel and I will say we will be back. Mr Huey Harrison the security guard was the most polite and helpful person I have come across in a very long time. We could tell his dedication to his works was what made him the best. I can’t say enough about him. Everyone we came in contact with who worked at the hotel was very polite and very helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

After our Airbnb fell through we were able to get a room at an amazing rate with check in same day. The room was clean and the amenities were well kept. The Clarinet restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel was amazing, wonderful authentic Louisiana cuisine. Wenonah was our waitress and one of the highlights of our visit. She was so sweet, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. She is a true asset to the establishment. Overall wonderful experience.
