In the middle of nowhere but conveniently close to the airport. They say they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 min but good luck catching one on time after midnight. Nice gym and pool. Front desk and cafe staff are really nice. The place has a VERY musty smell. We even had to switch rooms because I could barely breathe. They were nice about it but the whole place smells gross which they should REALLY fix if they want returning customers. Lastly the cafe in the lobby is very nice and open late too. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re sensitive to smells like I am but overall convenient for just a one night stay- I wouldn’t sty any longer

We had a super long layover in Miami and had no desire to airpport camp, so we chose this hotel for convenience. The only reason I took a star off because of the airport shuttle and the dark and dingy hallways. |The airport shuttle we caught it by accident and the solely spanish speaking driver didnt want to pick us up. He kept pointing to the address on the side of the van. I had to show him on my phone this was the right place. He also wanted us to load our own bags on to the shuttle. Mind you it was torrential rain. The check in process was easy and the room itself was clean with modern furniture. The hallway was sketchy to me. Harsh primer white with these dark brown doors it didn’t feel warm or inviting. There is a bar and restaurant on the 9th floor and the food smelled amazing. The airport shuttle back to the airport was a diaster so we took an uber it was $11

Stayed at this hotel with their 'Park, Sleep and Fly' program before and after our flight. Very convenient to MIA and the shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Check in was fast and efficient. Ignacio was very polite and answered all our questions and concerns. Parking was easy and safe. The entrance to this hotel can be a bit tricky during heavy traffic times. The rooms are very clean. We had drinks at the top floor bar and dinner at El Mirado. Great view of the airport. Very good Cuban food. One of the best Cuban Sandwiches we've ever had. We will use this hotel again.

I stayed here so I could park my car for 12 nights at $10/night & have a room on my late night arrival back home. This is a bargain hotel, nothing fancy. Upon arriving the front desk was nice & efficient. The shuttle took me to the airport within the 1/2 hour. I inquired about the shuttle service, knowing I that my return flight I was getting in late. I was told they run on the 1/2 hour. This is not true. Upon returning to Miami airport at 3 AM, the shuttle service was supposed to show up on the 1/2 hour but never did. I called the front desk at 3:30, 3:46 & 3:47 AM inquiring as to where the shuttle was. The lady at the front desk was rude & the shuttle never appeared. Another Holiday Inn guest, whose cousin had already checked into the hotel , came to fetch us. Thank God!!!! The room was clean & nice and cool. Perfect for my 1 night stay. Or should I say 4 1/2 hour stay. If you are arriving in the middle of the night and just want to get to your hotel, my suggestion is to take a taxi! Also there was no coffee available at 8:30 AM in the hotel lobby. I went to the Burger King across the street.

The accommodations at this holiday Inn were pretty good. We arrived early, and they did not have rooms available to check everyone in. They did make some accommodations, and we were able to go and get something to eat, come back, and had rooms available. The rooftop restaurant area was magnificent. We spent a good portion of our time there. We were able to watch the NBA playoffs, smoke our cigars, and order great food and drinks from the menu. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night before a cruise. The hotel shuttle from the airport is free and came without air conditioning on the bus (it was just too hot for that). Check in was quick and the staff was courteous, but that's about it. Got to my room and used the bathroom and there was no toilet tissue or tissue holder in the bathroom (what the heck)! Called housekeeping and they bought up toilet tissue, but there was no where to put it (no apparatus to put it on). The room is old and in need of an update. The bed was okay. I used the shuttle to the ship for $12.00 and that was nice. I didn't feel safe at this location at all. It's just not up to my standard of an IHG hotel. I definitely wouldn't stay again.

Stayed here while waiting to board our cruise ship the next day. It’s in a fairly quiet area not much goes on. There was a fast food place and pollo place close by for food. They have light snacks available in the lobby as well as beer (beer was pricey). The room was comfortable for a night’s stay. They had a cinco de mayo activity in one of their bars. Check in and out was very smooth and they also offer shuttle service for a fee to the cruise port.

Our room had a nice view, but the carpet was wet and smelled of moisture. The blow dryer was only delivering cold air. The employees are sullen and uninterested. The worst thing is the problem we had with breakfast. We were taken to a separate area from other guests staying at the hotel and were not given the right to eat the open buffet breakfast. I couldn't understand why we, a Turkish group of about 60 people, stayed in such a situation at the hotel we stayed at. It was sad to be discriminated against in the country of freedom.

My pup had a good time at this dog park. It is very well kept and you can tell the grass gets properly maintained. There are two separated areas for small and large dogs. The large dog park is big enough for my 65lb dobie to run and hop around. There

Very nice.... Just don't like that kids and adults are allowed to ride bikes and skate boards on walking path while you are trying to walk......
