I stayed 2 nights, so i didn't have to drive an hour home after my shift, and i Absolutely loved! Huge rooms, very clean, front desk was helpful, very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend. Definitely would come again

My fiancé and I were forced to get accommodations for a cancelled flight that was rebooked the following day. I found the Holiday Inn on the Kayak app and it fit our needs perfectly. The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. The room was perfect in that it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the WiFi was strong and the shower was nice and hot with a rain shower head which I love. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in that area of NY!

Everything was great. The place is huge and appears to be recently renovated. This is one of the few places I've stayed that has an actual bathroom fan which, as some may know, is very helpful when there are multiple people using the facilities. The only complaint is the shower curtain is too short. I know it seem a trivial thing to complain about but the floor floods when you shower, making housekeeping's job that much more difficult than it needs to be.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times and my most recent stay was for about two and a half weeks. I have given this hotel five stars because of the people that work there that have provided me with excellent customer service. There are hotels closer to where I sometimes need to be, but I travel over 20 miles farther east to stay at this hotel because of the high level of customer service I have experienced and the clean rooms.

I can always expect my stay to be exceed my expectations at this property. I love how convenient it is to get to. I love how I am greeted and the ease of checking in. I love the comfortable bed and pillows and the shower. I look forward to returning again and the restaurant is always fun to visit.

Enjoyed my stay! It may seem like small touches but i liked that they had hand soap instead of bar soap and that the pillow cases designated between if the pillow was firm or soft. The check in process was smooth and the room was clean. The walls are a tad thin so if a light sleeper, make note of that. Otherwise it was a nice room and staff was friendly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Everything from the check/in process to the checking out process. The only small I mean very small complaint that I have is the carpet had some spots on it but not enough to dislike my room & my stay... It wasn't a deal breaker!!! But the room was very clean and comfortable. The spots wouldn't deter me from staying again or any future booking there because I enjoyed my stay! From checking in until my departure. I would recommend this hotel!!

My daughter picked the hotel for her wedding hotel. Staff was great, especially Eileen! We had a room in the morning for the girls to get ready in. Makeup mirrors, tables for hair stylists to use. Cheese, muffins, croissants, fruit and mimosas. It was great…and a champagne brunch the following morning. Everything we needed they had and we’re happy to help. Highly recommend them!!
