Holiday Inn Little Rock-Airport-Conf Ctr, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Little Rock - 3201 Bankhead Dr, USA

We are usually happy with this hotel. We stay for convenience of the park and fly, closeness to the airport and on site restaurant. First time we were disappointed with both the food and the shuttle service. The food was not cooked correctly but they did take care of it. The shuttle in the morning was late but the morning guy reacted pretty quickly and we got to the airport with plenty time. Had to call 3 times on return for shuttle and waited at-least 40 minutes before they finally called a back up. My wif and I are seriously considering try a different hotel for the stay and park and fly for our next vacation.

I hate giving bad reviews, but this hotel earned it. There is no chance of an early check-in here. The staff strictly adheres to 3pm check-in, and at 3 there are so many people lined up it takes at least an hour before you get to your room. Overall the hotel is run down, many minor things broken. I have stayed at Holiday Inns all over the country over the last 20 years, and this was the worst one. On a positive note, the Bar & Grill on-site had good food and fast & friendly service, and the location 4 minutes away from the airport is great.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. It is very convenient to get to & from airport. Each time I stayed the bed has been very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with great lighting. It's also convenient to have the restaurant in the hotel. I have had their breakfast in the morning and it is good. The workers work very hard to put on a good breakfast spread. Everyone is very friendly at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Little Rock Airport East and very much enjoyed the stay due to the friendliness of the hotel staff. After a few long days of travel, my coworker and I were greeted by the friendly front-desk staff - Ms. Monique and Ms. Christie. The check in process was quick, friendly and effortless. They had us laughing and looking forward to a relaxing evening. In addition to the staff at the front desk, there were several people in Boston's restaurant who made our evening enjoyable. Titi, our server, and another woman at the hostess stand were super attentive, friendly and helpful. This type of customer service reflects on the hotel management. Mr. Darryl Gates, hotel General Manager, is certainly fostering a positive work environment which leads to friendly, respectful customer service. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a very average hotel. Front Desk was on a personal phone call during my check-in. The room smelled of sewer/gas the entire night. It was quiet enough minus flights overhead (understandably) and the sleep quality was good. Shuttle is great and driver very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, don't overpay for this hotel.

Very nice full service hotel, the staff were all excellent at their jobs and very friendly and considerate to us. I would come back for that reason alone. The public area carpets need to be replaced, but overall the hotel seems to be in good repair. Kudos to the cleaning crew, my standards of cleanliness are very high and I couldn't find anything to nitpick about. The best hotel during our entire stay in Arkansas and Missouri.

On a cross country road trip back to the east coast, needed to stop for the night. Hotel was easy to find, safe, good price and the rooms were great. It’s hard finding a place to stay when you’re driving through a town you don’t know and I’m glad we booked this one!

Room was nice and bed comfortable. The online reservation I had mentioned free breakfast, but when I went to it they said, no your room doesn't come with a breakfast. I paid $11 for it and it was horrible. Should have gone to the Waffle House across the street. The hotel in general had VERY few people staying there. To deny breakfast was a sore point with me, considering how bad it was and how few people there were to even eat it too. Holiday Inn Express right next door has free breakfast.
