Holiday Inn La Mirada – Buena Park, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in La Mirada - 14299 Firestone Blvd, USA

Nous avons eu un très bon accueil dans cet hôtel et sommes tombés sur un monsieur très gentil qui a vraiment été arrangeant (Mauricio, si je ne me trompe pas), ce qui a bien démarré notre séjour ! Les chambres sont correctes, très spacieuses et l'emplacement est tranquille. Les principaux points positifs sont : - Le petit-déjeuner (qui change tous les jours) vraiment excellent, il est complet avec de nombreux choix et le service est impeccable. - Les équipements, la salle de sport et la piscine sont propres, et la présence d'un sauna est une agréable surprise !

Positive: Every staff member I interacted with from multiple people at the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and to the cafe operator did a great job of hearing needs/requests and doing what was within their power to meet or exceed my request! Fantastic staff! Negative: We rented two rooms. At first we received two wheelchair accessible rooms. Both beds were unbearably soft. I made a request for a new room and we loved the second one! In the second room, though, the tub had stains and paint was chipping off.

IHG what in the actual heck? This Hotel has been by far the worst experience ever. Let’s start with the parking, they charged us $22 a night! Only to find that our vehicle had been tampered with, the gas tank was opened overnight and the gas was stolen. I mean why charge a parking fee if you can’t even provide parking patrol or some sort of security. It really ruined our day. The rooms are programmed so that the thermostat changed on its own during the night so both night we woke up cranky and hot! The shower waster pressure sucks and the water would get really hot on its own, the cold water was basically non existent. The elevator, oh gosh it is extremely slow and only one of the three was working. Our door lock pad battery died and we had to go up and down 4 times to finally get it fixed! On our last morning we were up at around 8 am taking turns showing and getting ready, the housekeeper walked right in without knocking or anything and opened the door to us getting dressed, I felt so uncomfortable immediately!!! Overall just don’t give yourself a headache surely there are other upgraded nicer hotels actually worth the $. By the way the manager was extremely rude and no help at all, didn’t even care to apologize for the inconvenience caused by staff.

We have stayed here well over 150 nights this year with our business. They treat you like family! We come in later and Johnny is always on point making us feel welcomed! Super sharp courteous guy! An asset to their outfit! Barry and Michael in 12/60 lounge are also super nice folks! When eating breakfast for Cynthia's area...she is the sweetest most attentive person you'll meet! Such a little kind soul! Rooms always clean, the most comfortable bed out there! This location is prime.for.us! Easy off and on the hwys! Highly recommend staying here!

Just a few minutes away from Disneyland. As some have said in the reviews, the elevator can be a hit or miss. There’s three main ones but only one functions. On some days it can work just fine. Just make sure you hit your floor number a few times and it’ll work because not all floor numbers light up. On other days, they’ll put up a sign that directs you to the pool elevator. Sucks that they don’t offer complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel lobby but that’s not associated with the hotel. The hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere. You have In-N-Out within walking distance and Chick-fil-A across the street. There really isn’t a convenience store nearby to get any small goodies. Overall, it’s not bad. I don’t have anything to say about my room.

Great experience at the hotel. We stayed at another hotel that was an absolute nightmare and felt unsafe, so we came down the road to this hotel. The woman at the front desk, Jeannette S. was beyond helpful. She saved our anniversary trip. She got us a last second room that was well beyond our expectations. She took care of parking and breakfast one morning. She really just went above and beyond at every turn. As long as Jeannette works at this location, I’m sure it will continue to be 5 star worthy. Thank you again for saving our trip and making it special!

I tried to check in and my reservation was missing, our travel agent assured us they set it up correctly. Had to use my own cc to check in when the company I work was supposed to already pay for it. Then when we got to the room the lights were flickering and not working. Then I went to take a shower and the shower would not drain. Talked to the front desk to fix it and they supposedly had engineering fix it during the day but it was not fixed the second night when we got off work. Oh and the shower is disgusting and the whole room seems kinda not clean. Going to ask for a new room tomorrow. If they make this right I'll change my stars.

Please ask your front desk staff to resign if they don’t like to greet people the way they are. The woman at the front desk was being kind of rude not making eye contact with customers while I’m speaking with her, also when I requested her for the room in second floor she was like just “for future make sure you tell me this before I start the checkin” in a hard tone as if I’m traveling to a hotel or motel for first ever time in my life, I mean I was busy with filling out the paperwork for parking and she started checkin as in normal once I’m done with my paper work I requested for what was needed. I could have started a scene with the person at the front desk but for your kind info a beautiful building doesn’t make stay better for customers but also a polite staff who treats the customers way they are without being “RACIST” Apart from that the rooms were clean and amenities were good. I hoped to this property better rating.
