Holiday Inn Joplin, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Joplin - 3402 Arizona Ave, USA

Nice (newer) hotel in Joplin. The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym was large with many options. Although breakfast is not complementary to all guests, the hotel offers options for those looking to grab a bite to eat. Breakfast was 9.99.

We were in for 1 night but the experience was awesome. Great room, large and clean! Hotel gym was immaculate as well. Quality equipment and in good shape. Would stay here again. They were nice and fast with all service.

Didn't stay there....but worked there, until I realized what all they wanted you to do for bare minimum pay. I did leave on my lunch, but the kicker? Apparently they don't think they need to pay you. I go to pickup my check, told it was sent to me....this was beginning of Dec....here it is Feb and they keep sayin it got sent. Do not work for these scam artists! All that money from the rooms but they can't pay the people who worked. Maybe now someone will get a hold of me and pay me. ****Edit for response I worked from 8 am to 11:45 am when the training people sent me out. I'm not a rocket scientist, but that's not two hours. Nothing was organized in the cleaning carts which meant back and forth trips. The laundry wasn't done for the rooms, and when I got them several items were still damp and I was expected to put them on the beds. (Not very clean if you ask me) I have called, I have come in and asked to speak to the boss....you do not return calls, you did not come to the front desk ...let's see if you answer your email. I believe not paying workers is illegal and you'll see if you have printed me a check, it's not been cashed, as I have not received it.

Dirty boot print on one pillow. Asked for second chair. Did not receive. Beds not made for second night. No fresh glassed left. the clerk was very congenial and gave us complimentary breakfasts which we chose not to use on our second morning. She also stated she would give us extra rewards. She did great and that was very generous. We were compensated for our problems, however this is not what we expect from Holiday Inn. We have not traveled since COVID onset and this wasnt the best experience for our return. Thanks.

One of the best bar and grills in Holiday Inn franchise. Epic food! Also Stephanie at the front desk is so nice and makes sure your stay is amazing. She really impressed me! Highly recommend the Holiday inn in Joplin

Stayed at this hotel for many reasons kid's sporting events, work and just traveling. The staff is always welcoming when you come in and and check out. Staff will make sure you are able to relax.

The room was clean and the staff polite and helpful. I did have problems with the pillows being pretty much worthless. All the stuffing just separated and my head might as well been resting on the mattress. Also, the incidentals were charged upon arrival to be refunded later instead of using the card in the case there were any. Lastly, the 3rd party I booked though noted free breakfast. This was only for kids with adults having to pay. The food was good, aside from the eggs. So that was nice at least.

It was hard to find this hotel. Wish they had a direct road to it instead of going blocks around to get to entrance. The hotel is clean, modern, quite and very nice. We will stay here when we come to Joplin again. The restaurant and bar looked to have a fun atmosphere. Thanks for a nice stay.
