Nice, pretty typical holiday Inn. The person working at the front desk when we got there was so kind and helpful - we asked to store out bags as it was about 10:30 am and check In wasn't until 3 and she was not only able to give us space for luggage, but also got us into our room just after 11! They also gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area! Everything was nice and clean, definitely updated recently.

This is a very busy hotel. I loved the location. Staff was nice and helpful. Beds were a little hard but okay overall. Room was nice and conveniently located. Breakfast was okay but not for the price. That was a continental breakfast that should have been free. I've called several times to get a copy of my bill emailed to me. I have yet to receive it.

We had a late layover arrival in Houston and called our hotel to see if they had a free shuttle for transportation. They kindly directed us to Terminal C. Every single staff person we encountered that night and early the next day was kind, thoughtful and handled things with ease and good humor. I do not particularly praise the room, as it was not anything exceptional, but I slept alright and I will certainly consider it again for its excellent service.

Very pleasant stay! Everything was very clean, front office was very welcoming an de the room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good compared to other hotels, because there were also healthy options to choose from like yoghurt and fresh fruits, as we are not used to eggs, bacon, pancakes or hamburgers for breakfast. If you arrive in Houston for a road trip, the hotel is very near the George Bush airport and it has some good stores nearby to do your shopping before going on your trip. I also enjoyed the free parking and the fast WIFI and the food and service at the restaurant were good as well. Thank you, I would recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again.

Hotel was fairly new and very clean rooms. Staff was helpful, lobby was spacious. Outdoor patio seating was a lovely welcome surprise and the pool was beautiful. Breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had and the menu in the dining room grill was more than typical bar food. |Wish all the Holiday Inns were this nice. And the price for a Saturday night was very reasonable. We stayed here, which was close to the airport (which there was a free shuttle offered) prior to taking an Uber the following morning to Galveston port for our cruise

Whole atmosphere and room is clean. Only dislike of room, window has a film on it so you can’t see out. I doubt view is great but still nice to be able to look out. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Small buffet for breakfast so we went, a bit shocked to see that it’s just like any other continental breakfast and at the end, to our surprise- they handed us a bill. Kids eat free but adults are about $14 each. Was not worth it, esp when you are use to these small breakfasts being included in the hotel stay. We would stay again but def go elsewhere for breakfast.

Great location, beautifully remodeled hotel with a wonderful staff and awesome breakfast! They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall not satisfied. Its a beautiful hotel just need more detail cleaning and day time greetings. They are too busy talking than paying attention to the guests. The lobby has a very nice appeal, the atmosphere is refreshing.
