Great location and a very nicely appointed and clean / new or recently remodeled. The staff has always been excellent and treated me with great respect. I never got to try the breakfast because of my work schedule, but its looks nice. They have a bar and large screen TV's all around. Overall very nice place to stay.

We stayed as a guest for a family wedding. It was easy to check in and get ready. We stopped at the hotel bar for a quick drink and appetizer before heading to a pre-wedding function. The bed was very comfy and we got a great night's sleep. We didn't use the breakfast service but would definitely try it in the future.

When I arrived a was getting by a friendly, welcoming staff member. This facility is modern, clean and very comfortable. Extremely reasonable daily room rate. I will be back the next time my business requires a stay in the area.

I love the pillows and bed - very comfortable. It’s nice to have a drink at the bar. The housekeeping staff was always available to give us things we ran out of in the room. I love having the fridge and microwave, too.

Lights don't work in your room until you insert your room key. Air conditioner doesn't run non-stop. If you need some white noise to help fall asleep. This will be a problem for you. No free breakfast When I registered for my room I wasn't informed that breakfast wasn't free. I looked it up. You have to pay more for your room to get on the free breakfast list. Worse holiday inn ever.

Great location and clean hotel. If you want you can eat and drink on-site( as long as you buy their overpriced beer). The staff was great and the micro coffee makers are easy and good.

This Hotel does NOT disappoint. I have traveled the world and haven’t stayed in such a nice and welcoming environment as this Holiday Inn. Tammy, the GM, is absolutely AMAZING and is beyond helpful and accommodating. She and her staff are very friendly and professional and make you feel welcomed immediately. I stayed for an entire month waiting for my house to be done and every staff member made me feel like I was at home. From Courtney, Tammy and Nolan at the front desk, and the exceptional service in the restaurant and behind the bar, they were always eager to help with anything and go out of their way to provide seamless service. This hotel definitely did what we needed it to, and then some. They were able to accomodate our family rooms across the hall so that we could work together to take care of our daughter together since she had recently had a medical emergency. They offered us a wheel chair, and were very kind whenever we had to speak with staff. Next time we come to the Grand Rapids area, this will be the hotel we stay in.
