This hotel and the staff is freaking amazing. Being new to Texas and highly stressed Brianna at the front desk really help ease my stress and accommodate my stay, I really think she represents how great this hotel truly is. The ones close to this one like days inn & super 8 gave me a difficult time where as her and the staff did the complete opposite and truly helped me. If your in the Fort Worth area definitely book you a room here, it’ll definitely be worth it!! Thanks again Brianna and Holiday Inn 🙏🏽🙏🏽

To be completely transparent we came for the pool and hot tub and unfortunately they are making some improvements, so we missed it. Brianna at the front desk was so accommodating and kind that we ended up staying anyways and we absolutely loved it. We'll be back for sure. Place is clean, nice, and very nicely cared for.

So really the initial staff that checked in was great and very friendly! The room was pretty average nothing to be excited about, but the part that really gets me is I booked through a third-party and upon checking in I was told, it would be a $50 incidental fee that would be refunded to me upon check out which was fine and normal. But when I checked my account the next day they had charged me $146.18 for the room plus incidentals on top of what I paid for the third-party. When I asked about the charge. they said they had to hold the entire amount as incidentals, despite not making that known to me when I was checking in. The next day shortly after check out, the incidentals were released back to me and I went on my way to find that they were taken out again the following day and no one has records of them putting a hold on my card for the 146.18

We had a meeting in downtown Ft.Worth the next day and decided to stay here the night before since we live an hour and half away. The hotel is very close to downtown. It is under a remodel but room was great, breakfast was great. I forgot shaving cream and they helped with that.

Stayed there for a night this week for a mom and daughter get away before school starts and we had a blast! Brianna and Monsey took really great care of us! My daughter was really bummed that we couldn't use the pool there because the hotel was doing some renovations, but Brianna and Monsey called around and arranged for us to be able to go swimming at another location!!! The service was amazing. Staff amazing. Great experience thanks to Brianna and Monsey. We would definitely go back again!

The hotel staff isn’t very pleasant. The hotel is currently under construction, which didn’t bother us. Room was clean with the exception of the shower. The shower had definitely not been cleaned from the last guest. Bed and pillows were comfy. Good location!

This Holiday Inn was falling apart! Pieces of the wall, the floor, and paint coming off. I can tell it was probably under renovation on the 1st floor, so I was willing to let it go, but even the hallways to my room had pieces of the wall coming off. The worst part was my room. It looked like it had previously been broken into. The lock to my door was broken and so was part of the door frame. It did not feel safe at all!! I immediately grabbed my family and went to the lobby to cancel and ask for a refund. The front desk person told me cancelation was granted and I would have my money back in my account within hours. Days later no refund was issued. I called and found out no cancellation was made and my complaint was never noted. Instead they treated my booking as a "no call no show" and charged me the full amount as "fees". I had proof that I had checked in and even had pictures of the damages of my room, but they continued to not be cooperative. Instead, they denied my request to get a refund. I had to get my bank involved to dispute the transaction and only that way was I able to get my money back! This hotel is being ran by fraudulent people and liars!! Never again will I book this place and I do not recommend it to anyone!
