I am in town from Raleigh, North Carolina for training and the stay here has been amazing. Both morning and night shift staff have been so helpful with anything I have asked. They go above and beyond for their guest here I have no complaint. Had a chance to meet the general manager when I was in the lobby was very nice made me feel welcome. This does not appear to be luck that this establishment is being ran this good. Rather this hotel has a great leader that the staff follow no problem. I spent 14 years in management and appreciate all the efforts of the GM and staff here. I truly appreciate it! And love to acknowledge anybody going above and beyond to give great service. Thanks so much!

Missing a connecting flight with American Airlines, I was a little skeptical about having them choose a hotel for me, to check in at 1 am, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were and felt totally comfortable here overnight. I got up the next day and was able to walk to Starbucks for my coffee and then did a one hour workout in the exercise room! I would highly recommend anyone stay at this hotel! There was a beautiful pool I saw from the exercise room, and although I did not go in, I think it’s a wonderful amenity !

WARNING!!! Disregard the general manager Rosie's response if she responds here too. It is all lies. I was calm yet firm and did not have to rush off. They claimed their system was down. Repeatedly they did not call me back, did not take care of my situation and still have not taken care of my situation. It is complete lies! Look at the other reviews it isn't just me that had awful experiences. She did not want to do anything to compensate me! She is an awful human being by my experience with her. She's obviously very miserable and does not know how to do her job. How she has a job there is beyond my understanding! As a business owner, I would never allow her to represent mine! Absolutely most unprofessional GM Rosie was rude, sarcastic, uncaring about the many problems that I experienced staying at this property! I travel a lot and this was the worst experience of my life! Go elsewhere and save yourself time, money, a headache dealing with lazy, inconsistent workers. They overcharged me, it's taken seven phone calls and still isn't corrected, nobody calls me back, I have to call them. The entire stay was frustration of multiple mistakes, a wrong wake up call at 4:00 am not meant for me, terrible communication on my breakfast package and how it worked, added charges to one of my two rooms that was incorrect. Took three trips to get my breakfast correct. I'm livid by their snarky unprofessional attitude!! Seriously, stay elsewhere when in Alliance/Ft. Worth, Texas!

Positive: Girl at the front desk was very pleasant when I asked her for tooth paste Negative: Check in guy could have told us you have to use the key for power and let us know what the WiFi was. Very noisy in the hotel. You can hear EVERYTHING

This is a new, modern hotel. Rooms are clean. Some of the worst rooms I have stayed in for user experience. First off you have to put your room key in a slot to activate lights. Not the end of the world, if anyone would have told me. Instead I bashed my shoulder on the backup lock on door as I put my baggage down and fumbled around in the dark to figure it out. Then, there are no night lights in the bathroom. Guess if you get up at night you just stumble through the room. One power outlet on shared nightstand. I am rarely disappointed by Holiday Inns but this one could use some help

Found a used condom on the bed. My partner layed down and it fell off of their back. Reported it to the front desk and was told the manager would contact me, still have no contact. The front desk gave us a second room and the bed sheets were covered in bodily fluids. By the time we got the third room it didn’t have a shower door. When I checked out the following morning I was told there was no manager on duty. Corporate apparently says there should always be a manager on duty. Not at this hotel. Still have no contact from the manager to resolve this issue. Be advised they don’t change the sheets.

Our stay was from 4/24/24 to 4/29/24. Room was ok but not an abundance of space for clothes. The second day of our stay, although the room had been cleaned. There were no towels or coffee. This was at 9pm when we returned to the hotel. We were told that the towels were being dried. They brought them to our room at 9:30pm! Friday our room was not serviced and on Saturday we went out for the morning and specifically asked the front desk if they could service our room as we had a wedding to go to later in the day. It was never serviced. The following day we asked the same person at the front desk if our room could be serviced. It was, but only after asking twice. Lastly spending over $200 per night, we had an expectation that the service would be much better. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Positive: It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. Negative: The bed in the room was not comfortable. I felt like it was a hill. I had to sleep in the middle or else I felt that I would roll off the be. there were two beds in the room, I did not try the other because I was too tired.
