Holiday Inn Florence, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Florence - 7905 Freedom Way, USA

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The check in experience was easy. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable, the shower was clean, had enough hot water and good water pressure. We had enough towels and the sheets were clean and soft. The pool was open and breakfast was available and looked good. The parking lot was well lit and clean.

The rooms were clean. The coffee maker needed up dating. The staff friendly when we got their attention. The location easy to get to. The parking was adequate. The lobby was bright and friendly. The room per night a little more than expected. I would stay here again.

Check in and check out were very easy and quick. Staff was accommodating when family members noticed bugs in their room. I do not recommend the breakfast buffet. Not worth the price. Besides, breakfast should be included for the price charged for the rooms.

Enjoyed my stay at this location. Very quiet and comfortable. Easy to get on and off the expressway. Close to restaurants in the area. This will be my return hotel stay on the way back home. Keep up the good work.

Bathroom felt like home gave a good clean vibe was able to freshen up for an early flight out. Cable and wifi worked really TV was great and choices of channels helped me to really into deep sleep to be ready.

The room was very clean. I like the shower and sink caddies, does not make for a messy bathroom. The room was very roomy, which was good. The front desk person was very nice and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Don't stay here! Check in was OK. However when we turned on heat in our room (3rd floor) we had an "invasion" of 10-15 Asian lady beetles. We called front desk and they came and vacuumed them. I then asked if this was normal in November- answer This is Kentucky we have bugs. We went to the restaurant for dinner at 6:00. One couple was leaving and a young woman was sitting at a table. We placed order. Another couple came in ordered got food ate and left while we waited. During our wait the waitress and the Cook chatted with the young women. (waitress sat at table and chatted). Our cold food arrived(7:00) and the Cook came out again sat at the young woman's table chatting and playing with his hair (no hair covering). We talked to them about their behavior- why we gave low tip (told pasta takes along time to cook). Then they all laughed - thought it was big joke.

Our stay was comfortable and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel. The lady at the front desk was very personable and accommodating. She is a very nice person.
