Holiday Inn Express Winston-Salem, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Winston-Salem - 2520 Peters Creek Pkwy, USA

My husband and I had to make an emergency trip to NC with our two children and stopped at this hotel in the middle of the night. They were really friendly and the room was big and clean. The free breakfast was more than we expected. It was very good and filling. I would definitely recommend staying here if your in the area

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. We were staying there as a halfway point coming home from vacation. The rooms were very clean. The front desk attendant was polite and kind and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. And you can’t beat the price. Overall, fantastic hotel!!

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Winston-Salem for a recent trip and was thoroughly impressed. Overall, the Holiday Inn Express provided a hassle-free and enjoyable stay in Winston-Salem. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Positive: The location and the breakfast were very good. Negative: The front desk staff and housekeeping. Room was not cleaned when asked. Within 15 mins of checking in our toilet did not work. We were offered a plunger. Finally asked for a room change. Don't bother sending an email to manager. Negative: ""

Positive: The bed was so comfortable. The hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it offered so many good choices including an egg-white veggie omelet with bacon. Negative: ""

The girls that worked the front desk was so friendly and nice and just great, the breakfast was so hot and fresh, my kids enjoyed the outdoor pool before we got back on the road to head down to Myrtle, I would recommend this hotel!!

Positive: "" Negative: Walls are super thin. Heard people next door talking until 4:30am. There was an entire group that came to breakfast in the morning. No room for my family of 4 to sit, they were out of food, and we had to go buy breakfast.

Jamie Hoskins this is a personal note for the world to view. For you to book a dental event in your meeting space knowing that you have a roach infestation in your hotel is outlandish. For us to reach out to you after the event and For you to say you will give me a $100 off of an almost $500 meeting space was a slap in the face. With us reaching out to a manager of hospitality.. For the 2nd largest chain in the world and you to tell me that a company with 5x the amount of reviews of your current establishment that is ran by the number 1 cosmetic dentist on the eastern seaboard, must need the money(was the reason for us asking for the refund) was hilarious. With us emailing you 5 videos of a roach infested space and that being not enough for a full refund.... is down right hilarious. Apon me arriving to the establishment that "manage"(lack there of) you refused to talk to the customer that came to discuss this complaint before taking it this far. Well we are here now...and I will be following the chain of command all the way to the top until you are no longer and employee of IHG.
