We were snowbound these past 2 days and Robin and Theresa were absolutely wonderful to us and our girls! They gave us water, got us fruit while out at Walmart and a broom to get snow off our car!! And checked road status for us! We are so grateful for this management and their kindness!! Our room was fully updated and spacious! The lobby is under construction but once finished should be a nice place to stop and stay! Thank you again Robin and Theresa! You went above and beyond the norm!
I have stayed here a few times over the last 4 years and the newly renovated rooms and fixed a lot of the issues. The staff has always been professional and kind to me. I have stayed in around 30 hotels during the same amount of time, and this one now is in the top 10. Once they get completely done with the renovations it could easily be a 5 star.
I got snowed in and ended up booking a room here with my kids. Ashley was so nice and got us situated promptly. The hotel is under renovation, but the renovated rooms are really nice. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area
Location of the hotel was perfect fo rmy recent stay in White House. Hotel is undergoing renovations so there was a touch of disorder but did not affect my stay. Room was very nice and the ammenities were perfect. When finished hotel will be very nice.
The bed was extremely comfortable and soft. My daughters feel asleep quickly The room was large enough to move my daughters wheelchair around without running into anything. We were not sitting on top of each other.
I brought a group of teenagers here and we had a wonderful experience! Everyone was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Shoutout to Dana for the incredible breakfast and fantastic service. We will definitely be staying here when we’re in the area from now on.
Just spent 2 days and nights here unexpectedly. Just to say that Robin and Theresa were amazing is an understatement. They were so nice. They baked us cookies gave us water and even made a walmart run. If you are in the area and need a place to stay give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
Honestly, this is the worst IHG hotel I have stayed in. The smell when you walk in is an old musty smell. I got checked in after the young lady insisted I go back and get my license plate number. Usually, they just ask for make, model, and color. The room smelled like urine. The bathroom floor was sticky, so I can only assume that was the smell. I went back to request another room and was told there were none available. I then asked for someone to clean the bathroom floor. I was given a mop and bucket to clean the floor. Yes, I did it because I had to stay in the room. The carpet is really old so it is very dirty. As crazy as it sounds, even the air from the hair dryer smells old and musty. One of the beds is being held up by some kind of sponge like piece. Clearly, the bed is broke. On the positive side. The morning was good. The lady working in the breakfast area, Dana, was very nice and asked if there was anything I needed. At checkout, Robin was at the front desk and was very apologetic and very nice. She let me know they were undergoing renovations and was clearly bothered by the fact that I had to clean my own floor. I will try again because she was super nice.

Putting this up front: I Freaking Love Taco John's. In a world where Taco Bell is the king of fast food Mexican, and as much as I love Taco Bell, it's nice to have options that aren't Taco Bell. (that's the last time I'll reference Taco Bell). The
