Thank you, Holiday Inn Express! I enjoyed my stay! The staff was professional and helpful! My room was clean and updated with a comfy bed. I was surprised at the quality of the breakfast too, everything was yummy! It's a great location with lots of dining options nearby. I'll be back soon! ❤️

Very impressed with this hotel! My fiancé and I had a great experience during our stay. We decided to come to Toledo for the weekend (visiting from Ontario to try all the chain restaurants we don’t have back home!). Check-in was fast and the gentlemen at the desk was super polite, professional and helpful. I wish I remembered his name! But kudos to him. A great first impression!! The room was cleaned very well & the bathroom was well lit and very clean. We had more than enough fresh towels for our stay. Dove toiletries were provided. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. Our room faced the front of the hotel but we did not hear any noise from the road. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked great but we opted to go to Dunkin’ (since we really came all the way from Ontario for the restaurants here!) I would 100% recommend booking this hotel for your stay in Toledo. Thank you again to the staff!

Stayed there Sunday before Eclipse. Excellent customer service at desk. Rooms clean and very accommodating. Pool was great too. The breakfast was excellent. Definitely will stay there again.

Positive: She did let me move to another room because of the mole smell the first day Negative: Didn't bring clean towels and wash cloths the next day. My daughter had to go get some when we got back later.

We got a room here to get a good night's sleep after a concert in Toledo instead of driving home tired. When we got in after the concert we parked in literally the only available spot (a real marked parking spot) in the hotel's parking lot. A few hours later we got a call saying we needed to move the car so a truck that had parked across 9 spaces could get out. We might as well have just driven home instead of staying for the few hours sleep we got. To add insult to injury, when I complained to the hotel manager, she said I should have parked in one of the parking lots at the surrounding businesses, and offered me 1,000 points (worth about $8) as "compensation".

Although the hotel is clean and the front desk person was nice and efficient, I can't leave this hotel a great review. I am currently leaving this review on my computer. What's that got to do with anything? Well, my wifi is my cell phone since the wifi here is absolutely horrendous. It keeps disconnecting and even when it's connected, there is no internet. If you are coming to the area on business, avoid this hotel.

Left my hat in the gym and before I could get back to it someone took the hat and did not return it. Bummed about getting my hat stolen. But the rooms are nice at least.

Positive: It was in a good location for our needs. Although sign on the road is out and it¿s kinda behind a restaurant. Our grandkids enjoyed the pool. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Price was good. Negative: It seems like an old hotel they tried to update to a Holiday Inn Express. Our entry light was out which the desk person said they were all out. And our main bathroom light was out. Negative: ""
