Holiday Inn Express Tifton, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Tifton - 814 7th St W, USA

First time staying at the Tifton location and was not disappointed. Quick and easy access from the highway. Was greeted and checked in by two very friendly and helpful ladies working at the front desk. Room was clean, spacious, and modern. The beds were comfortable, though were taller than normal for an "accessible room". Had to help the wife into bed as it was to tall for her transfer from wheelchair to bed by herself. Even I had to crawl onto the bed instead of being able to just sit on the edge and swing in. But this was a minor detail we were able to work around. Had the wife been alone or an older person would be a problem Breakfast was the typical HI EX breakfast. Everything was fresh, hot and the area kept clean.

Stopped at this hotel because of bad weather and difficulty seeing thru downpour. Lobby was nice, it was easy to tell it had been renovated. Had difficulty entering the room. returned to front desk for help. Had to wait a few minutes as the clerk was working on wi-fi problem with another guest. clerk was quickly able to solve the problem in 2 seconds. finally in the room and it was disappointing. One easy chair to sit in that looked pretty well worn. Struggled to get office type chair out from under desk top. TV worked well and there was plenty of stations. Bed was very soft. Breakfast was excellent and saved me from really feeling bad about my decision for the night

Our stay was great from beginning to end. We were able to get quickly checked in after a long day of driving. The room itself seemed very nice and clean. Even though we did not use them, the amenities seemed very nice as well. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options for the whole family. We were able to check out and get on our way effortlessly. We didn't experience one issue during our stay and have nothing but good things to say about it.

Decent hotel, clean but old. The rooms are older, no USB ports. Old tvs, poor quality signal and just generally do for an upgrade. Front lobby and entryway looks new, little bit deceiving. Breakfast was good and fresh

We chose this hotel mainly for it location, convenient to the highway and several restaurants. We were given a friendly greeting when we arrived & a good recommendation for dinner! Our room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable - one little touch I like is labeled pillowcases (firm & soft) and it is nice to have a choice!! There were several choices (hot & cold) for breakfast the next morning and everything in that area was also clean with plenty of seating. Lighting in the bathroom could be improved, a small thing. Would recommend/return in we are in the area again.

Positive: Hotel employee from the front office was great. She checked me in and checked with me to see how I was doing. She also gave me a balcony room for no additional charge when I asked about the balcony. I appreciated her customer service and restaurant recom Negative: N/A

This is one of the few properties that gives members the option of a 1 bdrm for the same points as a standard king. I rate this hotel a step above all the rest. This hotel is highly recommended for points users. On the down side We stayed twice, neither time was our membership recognized, a minor p[oint.

This was a stopover for our travels back home with our 2 service dogs and they hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good variety in breakfast items, better than most places we've stayed. We'll definitely choose this hotel chain anytime we're traveling. Lots of nearby restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
