Holiday Inn Express Tampa-Brandon, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Brandon - 510 Grand Regency Blvd, USA

Nice hotel. Newer build and/or fresh renovations throughout. All staff were very nice and both the room and common areas were very clean. Some limited areas of the carpeting in the room had discoloration/long term staining, but again it was still clean. Beds were sufficiently comfortable but not impressively so. ||I don’t care for the wall mounted pump action soaps in the shower, but almost all hotels do this. However, one of my concerns about this finally came to fruition: the maid didn’t refill the soap container and it was empty. Had to shower with hand soap (also pump action) from sink. Not the end of the world but not optimal. On the plus side, shower water pressure was exceptional, and we were on the top floor!||Breakfast was great as it usually is for HIX brand. The ladies working the breakfast nook were extremely helpful and friendly. Great way to start your day. ||We didn’t get to enjoy the pool area, but it looked immaculate and was surrounded by beautiful lush tropical vegetation and ample loungers. Really wish I could have hung out there lol. No hot tub though. ||The hotel is very convenient to I-75 and restaurants and shopping but is also tucked back a good bit from the very busy Adamo Rd, making the hotel a bit like a quiet refuge yet still close to the action. ||Overall I really like this hotel and would stay again. Just had to dock a star for the failure to keep soap containers filled.

We visited Tampa this August; when we arrived at hotel we weren’t too happy with our room. To our pleasure the hotel made everything good and the rest of our stay was 5 star thanks to the staff. I applaud the effort the staff make to be accommodating. I would stay here again. Thank you everyone.

Haven’t even been here a full day and I know I made a great choice! Breakfast was good, lots of choices. We booked a suite, definitely nicer than expected and clean. Good location, convenient yet remote enough to feel away from main traffic. Grounds well kept and pleasant. We come yearly to visit family and we’ll definitely be staying here from now on!

The lack of cleanliness in the rooms was terrible! We stayed 3 nights and had a French fry, hair and a brown spot on the bathroom floor and brown streaks running down the side of the toilet. Every night we'd get to the room, there would be 2 wash cloths and 3 towels. All 3 days I had to get more because there's 4 of us and I would remind them that we need 4 of each and they never put them in. I had to change rooms when we 1st arrived because of the badly stained carpet and hair on the tile. They did take a small amount off the end of the bill, but it wasn't enough. I don't know if I can stay here again. Front desk workers were nice and so were the kitchen workers.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Room was very clean. Breakfast was tasty. Pool was lovely. Air conditioner was cool. But better than all that, was the exceptional staff. They were all friendly and helpful, but special mention to the tall dude that works evenings, and the breakfast staff that greet you with the warmest "good morning" you could ever imagine!! Lady with the braids...you are AMAZING!!! I hope you know that...you make my day!

Absolutely amazing service! Above and beyond customer service! Wonderful location! Fantastic continental breakfast! Overall highly recommended and will stay here again!

The location is great. The rooms are okay. The beds are older, you stink in them. There is no hand lotion in the bathroom. They do have a nice pool and nice view of the pond and wildlife. * They also have ice cream and cookies every night 6-8pm. The cookies are gross though. Breakfast is good, they had French toast instead of the boring pancakes. That is 6-9:30am.

Price high, over $200.00 a night, plus tax. I think because not much competition of hotels in area. Nothing special about the room other than a clean place to sleep. Front desk was nice. Place looked clean. Which is important to me.
