A clean and smart hotel with a decent pool. Great for relaxing after skiing in the local area. Breakfast is fine, but on our third day many of the choices ran out of food

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms are about average size. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast is wonderful. Very nice self and food was good. Overt, very happy with this hotel and would recommend.

Nice property with great staff. I was pleasantly surprised by how well everyone seemed to work together. The indoor pool was relaxing. Work/upgrades were being done on the outside of the building but we never heard any noise.

Our overall stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Your staff was always helpful and accommodating given directions to restaurants and recommendations on several occasions. The hotel rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable. The hotel rooms need working exhaust fans in the bathrooms.

A clean, comfortable and HUGE room with large fridge and great beds and a BATHTUB. I appreciate that the front desk gave us a guide for cable channels, always confusing when in a hotel. Great restaurant (Oine Grill) down the road. Saw the JENNY GLOBE :-)

Clean room. Pool was also clean just not warm enough for my taste but kids would have loved it. Breakfast was one of the better of all I've ever visited. Eggs,bacon,sausage,oatmeal,omelets,pancakes, cereal,cinnrolls,bagels,juices,milks, yogurts. Plenty to choose from and cheaper than going to a diner.

Staff was very friendly and couldn't ask for a better experience with the front desk. The location is excellent, there's food places and convenient stores all around. Very nice place, but every ihg hotel I've stayed at was nice. I'd definitely continue to stay at ihg places

IHG needs to warn customers when a hotel is in reno stage. Lobby was fine, but the 1 single elevator was testy and overused by workers doing the reno as well as staff and guests. Elevator was in worn condition, which ironically prepared us for the 4th floor, strewn with laundry carts 3 or 4 as you walked out of the elevator and construction debris laying in the hallway. Opening the room door we were greeted with cracked, tiles in the foyer and bathroom, and upholstered chairs that were so stained and dirty, beyond acceptable. Outdated lighting which included a lamp that had a bulb out and a dusty, dirty lampshade. Paid premium rate for a subpar room.
