A nice clean and spacious room with 2 large comfortable beds, a nice desk to sit at if needed with laptop, a good selection of tv channels on a large TV. A fantastic shower with great water pressure. Plenty of power points and usb charging, the only small negative was the wet bath towels were not changed neither was the trash bin emptied, it was easy enough to get fresh towels from reception, we had travelled from the UK and would happily use this hotel again, slightly disappointed to be charged $53 tokeep the room for an extra couple of hours on day of departure after being told by a different member of staff there would be no charge. Don't let that put you off staying here a very clean spacious room with very clean comfortable beds. We are back in the US next year and will probably stay here again.

I was impressed with this hotel for more reasons than one. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I'm a find-a- local coffee shop/breakfast place kinda gal and I actually PREFERRED the hotel breakfast over some of the places we visited while in Salem. That caught me by surprise. I can be a bit of a germaphobe, and the rooms were very clean. I was more than comfortable with the room and its cleanliness. I felt very safe as well with the door locks. Additionally, a friend of mine met me there and the front desk didn't just let her check in the room, they called me to make sure she was a guest of mine. This is extremely important when it comes to safety these days. The hotel is off of a main road and right next to a CVS. I loved that the hotel was near so many things and not in a desolate area without access to shopping for necessities. We were about 20-30 minutes outside of Salem, which was actually perfect. I think if we stayed in the city, not only would it have been way more expensive, but loud too because it's so busy well into the later hours of the night. I would definitely stay here again, and I will be recommending this to friends and family.

I give this Hotel, or Inn, a five star review because the workers here are nice and clean all rooms, they get on their hands and knees and clean. The breakfast here is very delicious and is hot. The internet is good, too. The manager, Kevin, is nice and friendly, he treats everyone with respect. And Jonathan too.

Booking and check in were easy. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean. The hotels location is convenient. Parking is offered for free. I would highly recommend.

If you are a commuting airline crew, call directly to get the airline crew rate. Show airline ID on check in. Only issue is no transportation to and from property so I booked Lyft both ways. Free breakfast and there’s a fridge in the room

Sweet: Great location! Near Boston Logan Airport, Boston, Shopping Mall, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcomed us for being silver members, etc. Bitter: Sweaty-smelling bedding and musty room, Windows not appropriately sealed, allowing cold air in. Lastly, there is tight parking and a need for more fresh fruits with variety.

We had a ok stay here. There was a hockey team during our stay that made seating hard to find and sometimes noisy. The pool is outdoor therefore seasonal and our pillows didn’t have enough padding, maybe it’s time to replace them? The location was really convenient and close to anything we needed.

Solid 4 stars overall. Nice staff, clean rooms, affordable, great breakfast. I'd recommend and return! The only issue I could have is the parking. It was tricky later in the evenings. After 9 pm, the lot was full ( it didn't help that a lot of construction vehicles from the next lot were there).
