Worst hotel stay ever in 30 years phone did not work at all. Could not get a wake up call. Nobody washing room carpets were nasty. Blood stain on box spring. No fan in the bathroom. Very poor lighting in bathroom you could see through the whole entire bottom right side of the door pills were very very very flat. There was no extra pillows or blankets in the room and I can go on and on. You definitely do not want to stay there ever and when I went down and complained they said sorry the phone don't work. We can't give you a wake up call. We have no other rooms. Complete garbage, complete horrible service. I also reported to corporate. They said somebody would apologize and be getting a hold of me immediately. This was on Sunday. I told them I was flying out Monday morning and as soon as I landed in Colorado I would be reporting it to the BBB. I never heard anything from anybody so I reported to the better Business bureau Monday morning. As soon as I landed I also have tons of pictures of everything well we will see if this company is serious about their response . Number one I called their corporate office filed a complaint and they said someone would contact me immediately. It's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything but I did file a better business bureau complaint so we will see if they actually do what they say. I will update my post once I hear back from the better Business bureau as I ask for a full refund and a credit to go to a nicer hotel this company is such trash that they did not even respond to the better Business bureau. The complain against them will be permanently marked on all their records per the better Business bureau. No response at all from the company in 30 days. Complete joke again. I have pictures of everything in the room including blood all over box. Spring. Definitely would not recommend staying here. Very disgusting

Nice hotel, good size rooms with couch, coffee maker, fridge, microwave. Great shower. We did Park & Fly and the lot is 5 blocks away but the shuttle drives you back. And the airport shuttle is very reliable. Breakfast was good - nice omelettes instead of powdered eggs. |Our blackout and sheer drapes had tears in them and the air conditioner fan ran full time. But the bed was great and the staff is really nice.

Was just one night until finished our travels but it was great! Rooms nice, staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was great! Just could use a little more vegan possibly.

I had a 8 hour layover and didn't really want to spend the night at the airport terminal so I saw the shuttle and took a chance. It was definitely a wonderful experience. I want to thank Farrah for her wonderful personality! Room was great!

My roommate and I were pleased with our stay. The hotel has friendly staff and a good layout, with elevators in two different areas so you won't be very far from one. Clean rooms and a good breakfast selection. Cute Easter decorations in the lobby during our stay. Very convenient to DTW airport.

My check in experience was great, Marilyn made me feel welcome and glad to be here. To me she made the difference after a long day of traveling, which is always appreciated. The room was surprisingly bigger than the standard room, clean and the amenities I needed. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Detroit.

It was a very clean hotel and we enjoyed the breakfast. The room was short of towels and face cloths for 4 people and needed toilet paper, since it was about gone. |Beware of room 107. We heard water running and flushing from the above rooms through the pipes very frequently during the night. |The staff was very nice and helpful.

Positive: The closeness to the airport. Negative: The toilet in our room didn?t flush, which we didn?t find out about until 2am. Room wasn?t cleaned properly. The pancake maker at breakfast didn?t work. The ?hot water? to make tea was cold. The coffee was grainy and they were out of creamer.
