Holiday Inn Express Radcliff - Fort Knox, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Radcliff - 30 Bourbon St, USA

This hotel is awful. Gage and Nancy are rude and ignorant. They tried to say we were allowed with the night before people were there until 3 AM in the lobby. There was four of us total. We were whispering in the lobby and they threatened to call the cops. We booked 12 rooms and that hotel this past weekend and that is how we were traded I would not recommend this hotel. They ran out of house and did not bring towels to our room was requested, we stay at hotels every other weekend and never had issues. This has been the worst. ! I highly recommend not staying there they have no respect for Customers!

The hotel staff is ignorant gauge, and Nancy are not polite. They said we were allowed. There was only four of us in the lobby, and they tried to kick us out and call the police when the night before there was a whole lot before and no one said a word, super rude people do not go there. The staff is lazy. They wouldn’t give the towels for the pool. They wouldn’t bring towels to our room awful hotel don’t stay there. The service is terrible.

This hotel has a great breakfast served with great coffee and only a few miles from post. The only downside is that the cost is little higher than the allowed per diem in DTS. It's worth paying the difference. It's a short walk to the mini Walmart next door and McDonald's if you need a late night cheat snack. I will absolutely be staying at this hotel again.

Positive: "" Negative: Yes unruly children running up and down the hall screaming and yelling we called the front desk at 10:45 pm and they did nothing to stop them. It continued and until 12:30am when I went In The hallway and handled the situation myself!

Really was about as easy and pleasant a stay as I've had. The only downsides were that the price was a little higher than I would have expected, and an extra blanket in the room would have been a nice touch. (We could've asked for one but didn't, so that's not really their problem.) The neighborhood was fairly quiet and featured a reasonable restaurant selection.

Amazing facility, great food and friendly employees. Made a 6 week stay comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Definitely found a new family in IHG hotel staff. Thank you for making a work trip fast, fun and friendly. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Location is great, near restaurants, Walmart, museums and a distillery. Fort Knox is 8 miles away.

I really enjoy IHG properties and this one is no exception. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The check in process was very easy, which is a huge plus in my book. I travel a lot for work and the least amount of time I have to spend at the check in desk, the better. I checked into 8 rooms and the check in staff made this so easy on me by getting me all my keys and she took care of checking into each room without me having to stand there waiting on her.

Love staying at this hotel. We stay here every year at the same time. Love the service, the food, the rooms and the closeness to Elizabethtown and Fort Knox. It is a great place to stay and they give you a military discount if you are or were in the military! Which is really great!! Really like this hotel!
