The staff, especially the afternoon front desk representative, was wonderful. I am sorry I did not get the agents name but he was helpful,.friendly and all around fantastic. My flight was delayed after I had checked out and he found me a room at a moments notice. The property is lovely with beautiful views of the gulf. I really, really like this hotel. It is safe, quiet, clean and has everything a guest could want. I will definitely be back.

Nice, modern hotel. Very busy but very modern and nice rooms. Good breakfast. They had a small kids play area in the lobby my kids loved. They also had free popcorn and cookies in the lobby, but those were almost always out, which would be something that would be nice to be improved. Another suggestion would be stricter parking enforcement in the spots in the connected lot. I'm Diamond tier and there's reserved parking but that didn't seem enforced. Overall, very good hotel. One thing I will mention that's beyond the control of the hotel: I was surprised by the number of homeless people everywhere in downtown. That took away from the family friendly walkability vibe I imagined for downtown Pensacola, but again that's just the area, but the hotel.

Had an unexpected stay downtown Pensacola and was so pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, quality and friendly professional staff. The entire hotel from the lobby to the room was immaculately clean. The staff at the desk, buffet and housekeeping were all amazing. Speaking of buffet, I usually avoid those like the plague, but this was clean and the food was really good. Location cannot be beat, walk to great restaurants, bars etc. Best value for the money and my dog liked it too

Clean, comfortable rooms. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Kids play area in the Breakfast area is a nice addition. Our toddler loved playing there in the morning. Complimentary cookies and popcorn were fun and delicious. Friendly, helpful staff with a quick check-in and out process. Great!

Had a great experience staying at this hotel. Started at the front desk with Rachel & Ochie being a huge help and being very accommodating. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect. I felt safe here as well. Breakfast was ok. They had free cookies and popcorn downstairs throughout the day which my 4 yr old loved. Rooms were pretty clean. Didn't see any bugs. They hsve bottles of dove shampoo,conditioner. Lotion,body wash in rooms. Small fridge, no freezer, microwave and coffee maker in room. Room was spacious and had a couch. We got a single king regular room. Pool was cold and small. Workers at front desk are absolutely helpful and so sweet. I'd definitely stay here again if prices wernt so high. It's very overpriced, so because of price I'll stay somewhere else next time.

Because this hotel is located at the edge of Downtown Pensacola, guests do not have to grapple with some of the inconveniences that central city locations may create-traffic, noise, lack of parking, etc.|Six weeks ago, I paid $48/day to have my car parked off-site by a valet employed by a Bourbon Street hotel in New Orleans. Being able to park my vehicle in a parking lot just behind the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown saved money and added convenience. I never hesitated to go on a brief excursion or to run an errand. When comparing accommodations, one should always factor in the additional fees for parking, breakfast, etc.|During the course of my stay in Pensacola, I had the opportunity to interact directly with four different team members at the hotel. All were very responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant.|I look forward to staying at the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown during my next visit to The City of Five Flags.

The hotel was extremely modest and comfortable. AC was on point compared to the heat of Florida !! Loved it, 10/10, and two of the workers in the breakfast bar, Ms. Sandy and Cynthia, were extremely friendly and wholesome. LOVED THEM!! Made my morning even better than it already was.
