The Holiday Inn Express New Rochelle is an outstanding hotel that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, taking the time to introduce all the amenities and offer great recommendations for exploring the area. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, with modern, comfortable rooms that made my stay very enjoyable. The internet is lightning-fast, making it easy to stay connected. What truly sets this hotel apart is its prime location; the train station to NYC is less than 10 minutes away, making it incredibly convenient for city trips. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in New Rochelle and had a fantastic experience! The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in New Rochelle. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit! Jordan Front desk agent was very helpful and as a single parent traveling valet service was greatly appreciated.

I stayed one night with my two adult sons to attend a NY Yankees game the next day. We learned this is a brand new hotel and we found it very nicely done. They really squeezed it into a spot in the neighborhood. The two pieces of information we didn't have before arriving was were to park for check-in and parking for our stay. There is a little drive-up in front of the hotel you can stop to check-in. Right next door, there is an underground parking garage with valet service. So they will park your car in a very safe and secure location under cover. There is a fee for parking but my son's paid for the parking and the hotel, so I can't rate the parking for cost but it was very convenient and peace of mind.||We stayed in one of the twin-queen bed rooms and for three adults we found the space adequate and comfortable. The beds couldn't have been more comfy. It has to be the best hotel bed I have slept in, in years if ever. My normal bed at home is a top of the line Slept-Number bed and this hotel bed didn't make me miss it. The bathroom was spacious and well lit. The shower had a "rain-shower" head that was very nice. The shower control for water temp couldn't have been better. Even better, the shower had three full size squirt bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I have never seen that in a hotel before. The bathroom sink also had full size squeeze bottles of Dove hand soap and hand lotion. These bottles are secured on a very solid rack so you only need to push the plunger to get the desired lotion you want. The pillows were also very comfy and I'm picky about pillows. The TV was about a 50" HD flat screen I believe. The channel identification on the screen didn't not match the channel that it was on according to my sons. In my experience hotel channels on the TV rarely match any listing provided. The room was completely silent from any outside noises whether it be outside the building or in the hallway. I would have like four bath towels instead of only two, especially if my wife had come. I'm sure upon request I could have gotten extra towels, but too inconvenient for us. ||The free breakfast is a hot one with cheese omelet, bacon, turkey sausage, pancakes, as well as cereal, fruit, and the other usual breakfast fair. Plus, it's an all you can eat, so we were more than full to start our day. The common areas on the first floor were bright and cheery, though I would have made different choices in the furniture. The furniture is nice and modern looking but could be more comfortable for my old bones to sit in. The staff couldn't have been more friendly with plenty available to help. An example, they kept the breakfast offering full and the area clean at all times. Oh, there looked like serval choices of coffee, but I don't drink coffee so I can't judge here.||There were plenty of nice places within walking distance, especially eating establishments, but we arrived too late and too tired to explore. The area seemed safe enough had we been up to walking to explore. Our drive to Yankee Stadium, was a short 40 minutes, so it was a great experience and location. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a good hotel in New Rochelle. It is clean and close to everything. The breakfast and the breakfast team is top-notch. ||My only issue was security. My wife and I found out after the fact that our door did not lock (work). That’s right, my family and I slept in the room with our door completely unlocked. We assumed that the door automatically locked and a hotel card would be needed to gain access to the run. That was not the case. Luckily we are ok and nothing was stolen. Just be careful!

I liked the neighborhood, but I won't stay here again. My job opted for budget over quality. The rooms were okay, but noisy, and they ignored my housekeeping request despite giving 24 hours' notice. My main gripe is with the front desk guy, especially around 5 pm. Despite calling ahead for room service, nothing was done, so I had to call again after work. That's why I'm giving this hotel two stars. On the bright side, the breakfast guy is great; he deserves a raise!

Valet parking is in a small rear gravel lot in between houses across the street (see pics). Never been to a hotel that opens before having their own designated lot. This situation is more makeshift and tacky. They’re still constructing their parking garage as of the date of this review. Plus they have the audacity to charge $17 per night for parking. Room was clean but shower head is very strange. Juts out way too far leaving no room for the water to be angled. $200 charge in case the room is damaged or you smoke. After everything had initially went as I expected upon check in, all of a sudden my card is charged for the daily accommodation despite my company sending the hotel an authorization form to prepay for the stay. They overlooked the form and incorrectly told me the room was not prepaid by my company. Sure enough they found it afterward and had to refund me. So they also don’t have it together at the desk in other words. The complimentary breakfast needs to be complimentary considering the quality. Overly greasy sausage patties and soggy leathery bacon. Hair left in the bathroom when I first came in. I also feel like the layouts of the rooms can improve so that the space is used better. So that there’s more room for the very small square shower, the mini fridge can be near the microwave instead of separate and under the desk restricting leg room. All and all, this hotel is a joke. I will legitimately say they earned one star because at least I had a microwave and mini fridge and other than the hair in the bathroom, the room was clean and modern looking for the most part.

I make two trips per year to this area, and normally stay at another hotel down the street. I thought I'd give this property a try because the rate was decent. Pros: They were accommodating with my early check in and late check out requests. The location allowed convenient access to restaurants, a movie theater, and the Metro North train station. Cons: The rooms were very small with barely enough room for our two large suitcases. The breakfast was disappointing. The pancake machine was out of service the entire three days we were there, and they didn't have the hotel's signature cinnamon rolls. They ran out of coffee one day, and there were no coffee lids.

No blackout curtains when there neon street lights and hotel light are in the window my toddler who travels all the time for the first time couldn't stop saying I want to go home. A parking attendant told me if I park my car by myself I parked for free but I had to pay 18.00 and carry my sleeping toddler and bags alone. I was backed in because of the parking and almost messed up a new car. Side street easy to miss. Slow front staff. I left before breakfast. Barely could sleep
