I had the best experience of a life time. My daughter and I , had such amazing experience. The staffs, were the best part of the experience. When you talked about, Courteous, polite, friendly and attentive, check out from Management down. Joyceln, Tracy, Assasita, Romieka and the kitcken staffs. I wasamazes. The accommodation was so quiet clean and family oriented. If the price was a bit lower, i would have extent my stay. Thats the only little issue i had. Because, rental, gas, and food daily along with the high hotel price it was abit too much daily to extent our stay. I surely wants to come back soon. I will check to see when you offer lower weekly rates.

What's up with the hotels in Silicon Valley, the 80s called and want their dark wooden furniture back. Ah well, that's what you get if you're looking for an affordable but clean hotel. My room was 301, it was an apartment size and suitable for wheelchairs. That means massive bathroom with a seat in the shower. Bed was comfortable, aircons not too loud. I didn't test the breakfast here, which indeed you'll eat in your room. Regarding the blinds comment of another review, they're behind the red curtains that are just there for show. Parking conveniently underneath the hotel. Tip for runners: drive 15min to Deer Hollow Farm Trailhead, run to High Meadow Vista Point for a great Sunrise!

Positive: Great location. Entire hotel is extremely clean. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Will stay there again. Negative: No.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Flew in from Seattle Washington to a training class in Palo Alto Va. Staff offered location and places to eat with where to go to site seeing. Most hotel offer brochures this hotel gave me verbal instructions to places.

Price is reasonable for the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 20 min walk to Mountain View main downtown. One thing is the blinds don’t shut all the way so the light from the lamps and cars outside was a bit distracting. Gym is small but there is an area to do some floor exercises and a mat. Agent at the desk was very friendly checking me in. Very comfortable stay so far.

Holiday Inn is generally a pleasant surprise and usually very consistant. Beds are not incredibly comfortable, but really good with plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was good in spite of this being California, notable for poor water pressure.

Very nice hotel. The usual good quality of Holiday Inn, but located in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is good, with hot meals. I was enjoying my stay there and will return during my next trip.

What a pleasant surprise! Nice big room. Super handy location for seeing a show at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. Amazing range of breakfast, from DIY pancakes to fresh fruit and bacon. No remote for the AC but we worked it out. Little bit of noise transfer room-to-room but not unreasonable. Overall, we'd definitely stay again.
