Check-in was here's your room#. " Room was pretty good". The breakfast is good if you like biscuits and gravy(all they had warm). Coffee is hit or miss if there is any. When I asked, I was told there are boiled eggs and we'll get to the coffee.

We visied for an Army basic training graduation. Nice area and nice place to stay, but if Holiday Inns are going to be on military bases, they should really consider doing more for breakfasts and food offerings for them. After all, they ARE laying down their lives for us!!!

Holiday Inn Express has always been a low end well known budget hotel chain but this one is a bit below the standard. It gave me old barracks vibes with new paint and wall art. The kitchen is mostly aesthetic as the cabinets are used for electrical and fire equipment. If you don't have your own cookware good luck. Bed was firm and comfortable for me. The bathroom was average except fans are tied to lights and are extremely loud. No streaming option on TV, I think it's still analog. Breakfast gave me Basic T DFAC flashbacks but they do have real coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are available items like toothpastes, laundry soap, etc available in the lobby.

Idk, where to start. The walls are paper thin or I have the loudest people in the world around my room. I can hear the elevator moving all night along with the water pipes. I've been in here for a few days and have received minimal room service (new towels, bed sheets, trash taken out. They gave me new towels but didn't take any of the old ones away. The front desk is really helpful and very kind I'll give them that.

The rooms are clean and exactly as pictured online. The pull out sofa was okay at best. The breakfast was not great most of the food was cold or still frozen and tasteless. Worse than hospital food but it's conveniently located a few minutes from the building they hold the graduations at (less than a 5 minute drive)

I’ve been living here for months an my air conditioner has always blew out cool air when I had the air conditioning on. Lately, when I turn on the air conditioner it only blows out hot air which is so inconvenient when you have to sleep in a hot stuffy room. I should have the ability to have the air or heat on whenever I desire, I’ve never heard of these rules when it came to a hotel room. Maintenance isn’t wiling to do anything nor any other staff member . I have been shrugged off and told to go out an just buy a fan. I am now left to sleep in a hot muggy room with sweat dripping every night and day. This is honestly ridiculous an I will complain until it gets fixed

Nothing to use in the kitchenette area but a styrofoam cup so if you plan on cooking bring your own stuff. I hated that the light in the bathroom also turned on the fan. I was two rooms from the door to get into the building and all I could hear was people going in and out all night long so I didn't sleep much. Very dark at night and hard to see building numbers. For some reason maintenance came to my door at 1015 the next day and said he was just checking rooms and wanted to make sure lights were working and I didn't need anything, weird! He didn't go to any other rooms. Breakfast was mediocre and they had no milk that day for cereal. Just a sign on the machine that said they was out. Having Breakfast and registration in a separate building is inconvenient. Overall very noisy. Had better stays off post for better prices.

For my first time coming here. I have to say that my stay has been very nice. The room was really nice and the service was good too.
