Holiday Inn Express Lynchburg, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Lynchburg - 5600 Seminole Ave, USA

This is my hotel of choice while attending the waltz mill training center. It's in a decent location. Close to multiple grocery stores and general stores and fast food/ eat in restaurants and by close I mean within 3 miles. The staff is always nice and I've yet to see the hotel parking lot over crowded. The staff is nice and it's always clean plus their breakfast is always on time

Travel all the time using this business to stay. While at work today room service came into my room and stole about 300 dollars worth of my personal belongings. With a do not disturb sign on the door!!!!! Never stay here. Nothing worse than a bunch of thieves.

First time here! Check in was quick and easy, with friendly staff! Thanks to Amy and her relief staff! Had the king size bed room, which was clean and comfortable! Elevator is located in the middle of the building so accessible for all! No issues. My room was close to exits easy walk down stairs to lot! Which is nice size plenty of space to choose from. Lobby and breakfast area are clean and well kept! The breakfast was good. Plenty of coffee available in the morning! Pool was outside so it wasn’t open yet! Would like to come back here in the future! Spend two nights for work. Lots of restaurants and shopping. The area is host to historical places and ones with natural beauty!

Housekeeping needs improvement! Requested numerous times just to have room vacuumed. Bathroom floor not cleaned during my stay. |Beware of this hotel flex prices! Does not honor best rate guarantee. |Falls far below IHG standards. Management made no effort to address concerns.

Initially the first room I was given was noticeably not thoroughly cleaned, particularly the bathroom once I brought that to the attention of John at the front desk who was very friendly and personable it was handled very professionally and courteously and I was given another room which was much better. Overall this hotel is quiet and comfortable and the free breakfast is adequate

The worst stay I’ve ever had. The people working the front desk and the general manager are just after your money. They charge $20/day for incidentals no matter how long you stay and fail to disclose that to you. I only found out after they overcharged me for my stay. I’m an employee and member of IHG and Holiday Inn Express at a different location and upon checking in the front desk associate charged my card 4 times in one setting and then on top of that changed my rate to a standard rate and charged me again. They also overcharged my friend for their stay too. Furthermore when I brought the issue up to the front desk the next day she brushed me off and the general manager said it’s not his problem. He’s trying to charge me even more

I stayed here during my business stay in lunchburg. The hotel had a great location that both allowed me to see most of the city, but also have plenty of options for food. The staff were very helpful, and both the check-in and check-out were super easy. The price was also not that bad. The room was quite big with a lot of space and I enjoyed my time there. There were a few hours of issues with the Internet, but they got quickly resolved! I would stay here again if visiting lynchburg!

While the room and hotel itself were to standard, this review is intended to highlight the superior service given by their front desk associate Jesse. During check in Jesse was a delight. I felt like I was being invited into an old friends home. I was met with a friendly demeanor, a joyous smile, pleasant conversation and an efficient check in process. My second interaction with Jesse was just as inviting as the first. The conversation was light and friendly and Jesse displayed an eager willingness to ensure that I was taken care of. 10/10 would recommend based on the service alone.
