Holiday Inn Express Lantana - Hotel in Lantana - 1251 Hypoluxo Rd, USA

this is definitely a regulator hotel. i guess you can’t keep all drug dealers away,the first room they put us in the AC was so loud and stopped working at 2 AM. Therefore I had to go down and switch rooms to an even worse room thank goodness third attempt worked. Even then, somehow there’s a mysterious $22 charge on my credit card no phone number to reach out to them no phones in the room that work because the phone number doesn’t work so you can’t reach out to them,complete waste of time. Nastiest Holiday Inn express location I have ever been to.. the name makes you think that the quality is here but not at this location. The only thing quality about this location is the breakfast but with an additional $22 charge I could’ve had breakfast anywhere, hair strands left in bedding, but how gross,???bugs in the room.

We arrived to checkin and there was no one around to checkin with…waited several minutes before anyone arrived to help us and then we were placed in a wrong room which was dirty and horrible smelling, went to the front desk to see if we could get the room we booked, they did give us the right room then but that room was gross too. Had planned to stay here 2 nights but cancelled the 2nd night and were assured we wouldn’t be charged for the 2nd night. But we were charged for both nights, we’ve had a hard time reaching the facility..they hung up on us twice and kept us on hold for more than 10 minutes several times and ended up never answering. Finally got into contact with IHG to try and resolve the issue…not yet resolved. The place was dirty, smelled horrible, black crumbs on the bedding, hair on the toilet. The place is disgusting. DO not stay here! Edit to add: The hotel never was willing to listen or give us a refund, so the credit card company was contacted. I had receipts to prove we were not there the 2nd night. The hotel finally gave in to the credit card company and said there was an error on their end. We did get the refund but only because the credit card company went after them.

My room was in of renovation. The shower drain was defective which resulted in the tub filling with water. A number of electrical outlets didn’t work. The carpet in the room was stained and its musty odor permeated throughout the room. Upon my check-in, I discovered there was no WIFI access in my room. I informed the attendant at the front desk and she conveyed to me that they had been experiencing issues with WIFI service for some time. It’s obvious that Holiday Inn Express management was not interested in placing front-burner concern in providing the amenities they advertise. Furthermore, I booked my 2 night stay via the Armed Forces Vacation Club. AFVC needs to “Inspect what they expect” before offering/marketing suboptimal accommodations!

The front desk Girl Name JoJo she’s amazing but I still waiting on my money to return back very clean place elevator where not working we was at 3rd floor so it was not fun going up and down the Stairs

Very unprofessional when deficiencies are pointed out Bugs on floor of bathroom hair on toilet Do yourself a favor do not stay here
