Late review…… My husband and I stayed here in March 2024. This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed at. The front desk staff was absolutely AMAZING! Housekeeping was on top of everything and even gave me a few tips on how they keep the hotel smelling so good. Not an overbearing cleaner smell but a very nice clean smell that I LOVED. 🥰 The ladies serving breakfast were so kind and friendly. We felt like we were a part of something instead of guests checked into a hotel. Anything and everything you need/want is at your fingertips. From some of the best shopping to the best restaurants within in seconds/minutes away. Will be back for years to come. CAN’T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL ENOUGH! Thank you for everything and making our mini vacation one of the best ones yet!

The hotel was under renovation during our stay, so we have great hopes for the minor inconveniences in upkeep, but I wanted to be sure to leave a review as the staff was superbly kind and accommodating during our stay. Rarely did we make a trip downstairs without being asked if we needed anything. The breakfast crew was particularly diligent to keep the buffet well-stocked during the breakfast rush.

Pool was small. Hot tub was not hot. Loved the soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms, great idea. Updates were rushed and some things looked silly like paint runs on the bathtub and wall holes filled with caulk. Otherwise very clean, great breakfast, nice staff.

Location is convenient to the parks. Room floors sticky and no hot water made our stay inconvenient due to baseball tournament. Staff clearly knew the issues but wouldn’t connect me with management over the weekend. Second shift female staff hung up on me when I pushed to speak with management. Room cleaning staff were great. Breakfast staff seamed annoyed the whole time. Would highly recommend others read previous reviews as well to find that these complaints are consistent with previous reviews. Do not stay here. Please, management train your staff about how to provide service.

Diana at the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I don’t know if this lady just hates her job or what but if you ask her a simple question she scoffs at you and gives you a nasty attitude as if I bothered her. All I asked was a simple question and had no reason to be treated rudely. I don’t know what’s happening in her personal life but she shouldn’t be in customer service. I won’t go to this hotel ever again.

We stayed for our son's baseball tournament. The room was ok. Standard hotel room, nothing special. The carpeting was very dirty and sticky. The bottom of my white socks were black when I took them off. The elevator was out of service. The ice machine on the 1st floor was out of service. Many of the other families had no hot water for showering. Although it's a great location, this hotel needs a lot of maintenance that they don't seem to keep up with. Wouldn't stay here again.

Positive: Location! The room was clean. Negative: There was only one elevator for the whole 3 story hotel. Everyone, including the cleaning crew, had to depend on it. We finally just started taking the stairs

Overbooked our suite. Was not notified at time of check in that we would not get the suite we booked 8 months in advance for 4 nights. What kind of service is that? And after booking a suite they put us in a room with stains all over the walls and a broken dead bolt. Terrible customer service who simply didn’t care we ever come back. What a black eye for Holiday Inn Express. Would absolutely recommend staying elsewhere.
