Holiday Inn Express Jesup, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Jesup - 392 N 1st St, USA

Friendly staff and great accommodations. We did a little bit of research on places to stay in Jesup while visiting family and picked this one based on location and the brand. I'm typically a Marriott person, but this property, the staff, and the breakfast could change my mind in smaller markets. Jasmine at the front desk started the stay off on the right foot. She was so nice and made my entire family feel welcomed throughout our stay, greeting us every time we came in and went out. She also saved the day with a shower cap later in the evening. She was in the midst of fulfilling another guest's request with their child, so she was a great multi-tasker with such a pleasant attitude. The rooms themselves aren't huge, but ours was clean and comfortable, with great A/C. Everything worked properly and we didn't even have to ask for extra towels. The breakfast spread in the AM looked great and fresh, with a bunch of options to choose from. Not what I was expecting, but pleasantly surprised. I would absolutely stay here again if we make our way down. It was reasonably priced and the staff make you feel at home.

Comfortable bed, pleasant smell in the entire place, wonderful service, good food choices for breakfast.||The location looks a little concerning when pulling in and we were greeted by a man wanting us to give him money for food, but that was quickly addressed by the staff.|Jasmine was the Hostess/greeter as we entered and she was so amazing! There was a young boy who was talking to her and he was scared of the elevators and she talked to him and had him calmed and confident by the time she was finished talking to him.|Check in was a breeze with her. We got to the room and it was awesome, super clean, comfortable and the shower was large!||Breakfast was great with good choices. Eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, juice, coffee, hot cinnamon rolls, yogurt.... so much to choose from!||Also, I had came down later in the day and saw Jasmine interacting with those in the lounge area, playing with the children and being so attentive to everyone.|VERY happy with the stay and experience we had here!

The GM (James) was very helpful in getting our block or rooms ready for our large group stopping for one night. The front desk attendant, Cleopatra, was incredibly welcoming and helpful upon check in. We were able to get everyone situated quickly and used the meeting space to gather in one place. The hotel seemed new and rooms were nice. A great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed at all the hotels throughout the years in Jesup and this one is by far the best. It was definitely a much needed hotel in the small town. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff are super friendly. Definitely would recommend to everyone.

The rooms are very nice and the beds are extremely comfortable. Love the spacious bathroom. Staff is kind and welcoming. Very beautiful hotel. The pool was very well maintained. Nice place to visit. Will definitely recommend in the future

Absolutely great place to stay. The amenities are very good. The staff was kind and knowledgeable of the area. I would highly recommend that people stay at this IHG property. It is located 45 minutes from the coast. This helps insure room availability when there are no rooms available on the coast.

This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been in!! Excellent service from all staff too!! The management was also very nice! The breakfast was fresh and tasted great! The pool was very clean and refreshing! We will definitely be returning to this hotel!!!

My wife and stayed on the property during our travels through Jesup . It is most definitely the only place to stay in the area. The front desk staff did a great job checking us in . The rooms were very clean as well the common areas and hallways.The breakfast was great especially the donuts!
