Good stay, good breakfast included. Forced to book at the last minute in an emergency when our flight was cancelled over night. Found this hotel and was able to get a room last minute. Appreciated that as our flight was cancelled this hotel offered last minute items like toothbrush, razor, toothpaste for convenience. They had very nice Dove products (soap, shampoo conditioner) in the bath. Room overall was clean and comfortable. Not the most stylish maybe, but the check in was quick and easy after a stressful ground stoppage at JFK and provided exactly what we needed - a comfortable bed, and a good breakfast.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was really disappointing. First off, the bed smelled awful – like the sheets hadn’t been properly cleaned, which made it hard to get comfortable. To make things worse, the AC was insanely loud, like having a jet engine in the room, making it impossible to get any sleep. To top it all off, there was no water provided in the room. When I called customer service to ask for some, they casually told me they don’t offer water and that I’d need to go to a gas station down the street to buy it myself. I’ve never encountered that at any hotel before. Definitely not a place I’d stay at again.

The building appears to be well maintained. The check-in/out process was efficient. The location is very convenient, with lots of good food options around. Continental breakfast was also great. The room seemed pretty clean and most of its furnishings functioned as expected. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back!

Updated modern hotel, clean, nice staff. 5 min walk from Jamaica metro station. You can take the air train straight from any terminal in JFK to Jamaica station for $4.25. Also goes back to JFK for same price. 10 minutes ride on the air train to/ from JFK. Hotel is located in what looks like not the best of neighborhoods but everyone I encountered was nice and as a solo female traveler I felt safe the whole time. Just be mindful of your surroundings.

Don't have them get a cab for you, the car service they got for me hit my account multiple times. Their market display was empty except for a couple bottles of water. Rude staff. Very shady location and rooms were not good at all. Never will I go back. To high of a price for what you get. When I called in to talk to a manager, my calls were either ignored or push to the reservation line. After 6 tries Gary finally answered. I hope he makes this better for the next traveler and they use a legitimate cab company.

Okay place for a quick rest before or after a flight. It was in a pretty easy location to find and we felt secure in our room. We definitely recommend bringing a pair of good earplugs with you though because the food trucks that are right across the street from the hotel are LOUD and blast music until around 11pm so plan accordingly 📣 We didn't have much interaction at all with staff, seemed pleasant at check in but hard to hear them behind the security guard on the front desk. It was a very close and easy walk to the Air train station to bring you to the airport and we felt fine (safety wise) on the way there even in the dark early morning, but we also travel in big cities often. Overall decent for the price and easy location

The hotel is in a central location with a two block radius to the subway and Air Tran. There are varies options to chose from to eat. Shopping, is within walking distance and the area is safe.||Hotel is very clean, and front desk clerk is friendly and helpful. The elevator we works well with barely a 1 minute wait.||Cons, loud neighbors it as if they are having a party or at club. ||To have an office or security onsite at certain times of the evening would be helpful.

I had nothing to complain about this hotel. Everything seemed new, clean and practically designed. Dove amenities, bathtub, microwave and Keurig - has everything you need and breakfast was good value too. Fresh boiled and scrambled egg, bacon, pancake and cereal as well as bagle w/cream cheese. The room smelled bit perfumy and the fan on w/o option to turn off was a bit off, but otherwise I was happy and satisfied.
