Holiday Inn Express Jackson - Ridgeland, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Ridgeland - 555 W Ridgeland Ave, USA

This hotel is very clean and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating (shout out Isaac!). The breakfast was really good, and the lady running the breakfast(didn't get her name) was very nice! And the pool was great! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is essentially brand new so its clean and modern. The breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn options, including half moon omelettes (cheese and egg white), pork and turkey sausage, pancake machine, pastries, cereal etc. The hotel is across the highway from a nice shopping area but its unclear how to safely get there as there were no sidewalks. So if you have your car its ideal. Perhaps the best aspect of our stay was the customer service. One staff member, Isac I think, was wonderful at check in. Throughout our stay, he greeted us and remembered our names. Also, Krystal (I think) was pleasant as well. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area.

Very new and exceptionally clean hotel. The staff was so nice and accommodating. It was also noteworthy that the housekeeping staff was friendly towards our family in the hallways and we could see management inspecting every room that the team cleaned. The only downside is the same for all Holiday Inn Express locations - breakfast would benefit from real eggs and better bacon. This hotel is right next to the Natchez Trace Parkway. If you're heading north, take the scenic route. Its amazing.

Booked the event space for a team meeting. MJ was awesome to work with! He was extremely accommodating and made sure our team had everything we needed for a successful meeting. We worked together for months, planning. He was always available to answer any questions. He also made sure my out of town team mates had a block of rooms reserved for them to book for their stay, and they were pleased with the hotel and its staff!

I ended up here for one night due to a local power outage. My daughter is an employee and said to come and try this new property, I was not disappointed. The staff was so friendly and helpful, Room 239 is a double queen overlooking the back side of the property so no highway noise so I slept GREAT. It is a very clean, modern comfortable facility just off the highway and close enough to many dining. Breakfast was the usual assortment of cereals, pastry, pancakes, eggs, biscuits, and gravy (know I missed some things). Again the breakfast staff was on top of everything. ||For a quick and easy lunch or dinner, the Red Samurai Express Ridgeland at exit 105c is good. Also reviewed.

The staff are super helpful and friendly. We stayed here twice this week, on our way to and from a vacation house. First visit was great, and room was awesome. Second visit was okay. Room was kind of gross. We found someone’s old sock under our bed. They put us in a handicapped room which felt bad because we didn’t want to take away from someone who might need it. But it seemed like they also don’t take as good of care of the handicapped rooms. Less toilet paper provided, less clean than the other ones, and no way to pull blinds down which meant we slept with bright parking lot lights shining in our room all night. The breakfast was pretty good both times, and breakfast staff was super nice just Like the rest of the staff. We would probably stay here again if passing through. Pool was also a plus! -Edited to add: I did not realize there was a button for the blinds in our second room, user error for us! We should have just asked! :)

I was very pleased with my 2-night stay. This property appears to be very new, and the daytime maintenance crew works to keep the interior and exterior grounds in tip-top shape. I cannot forget to mention the breakfast attendant. The food was above par for what you would expect, and Lakeisha (?) was very attentive and personable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. (My only real complaint is the beds were quite noisy. Any little movement throughout the night, you're sure to wake others.)

We booked and paid for our room using Priceline. The hotel put our credit card on file which is normal for most hotels. 2 days later we noticed that the hotel also charged us for the room. We made several attempts to correct the double charge and the manager "Isaac" is never available and has not returned any of our calls. This has been going on since April.
