My kids and I came up for my daughters baby shower in July. Fantastic hotel. It was convenient to where we needed to be, clean, affordable and the staff was beyond. Decided to stay here while we came to visit this time once the baby was born. My husband is a homebody and doesn't like hotels. He actually slept well at this hotel and was very happy with it. We will definitely be staying here any time we visit our daughter, son in law and grand daughter. We had issues with the shower and Brianna was so very helpful. The remote batteries were going low and Brianna and another gentleman (I did not get his name) were so very helpful with that as well. Thank you so much to the staff for making our time here pleasant. You have gained out of town customers who will always choose this hotel.

I first would like to thank Nicole (manager that I didn't know when we spoke on the phone about checking time) All I can say was AMAZING she was so nice and made my whole visit with my mother so Wonderful. The front desk Nikki friendly and very helpful. I have stayed at a lot of very nice hotels this one is on TOP OF MY LIST. Everyone at this entire hotel was very polite and nice. This is where I will stay every time I visit my mother and family. Thanks so much!!!

My boyfriend and I checked in on August 31 and was to checkout on September 3. When we first arrived everything was turning out right, we even had breakfast the next morning in the lobby area. On September 2 around 6am I happened to be awaken by something biting me on my left shoulder, I told my boyfriend to check my back and yes it was two bit from a BEDBUG. When I pulled the sheets back to checked the bed I found it crawling on my pillow. I jumped in the shower and my boyfriend went to the front desk to show them the pictures he had taken. He was told someone was going to come check the room out (never happen) and they asked if we wanted a new room but by this time we did not feel comfortable to stay another night. We even asked for a manager that they did not have on duty but they did refund us that one night. I just hope this do not happen to another guest and they do regular pest control.

Great Service .. Excellent Staff .. Very Professional. They went above and beyond expectations. Super warm and inviting. Facility was clean. Just a overall great experience. I can not complain.| My grandson enjoyed it the most. Talked about the softness of the beds! With my wife being in a nearby hospital, they really made me feel at home. Thank you!

If I could I'd give this hotel a 4.5 rating. Overall, it's a nice place. But there are quirks and odd little things that need repairs or to be fixed up a bit. Nothing major, though. We've stayed here a couple times and likely will again! Great staff, good breakfast, professional front desk crew.

I was surprised and distressed to read a review regarding bedbugs, because I was so pleased with the cleanliness of my room during my recent stay here. My experience was such a good one, with the friendliness and helpfulness of the person at the front desk, and my room was spotless. I plan to continue to stay here when I visit my sister who lives in nearby health care services center because I’ve always had a good experience in this hotel.

Upon arriving at my room, everything seemed fine at first glance. The room was well-maintained, the bed appeared clean, and the overall ambiance was welcoming. However, my initial satisfaction quickly turned into frustration when I woke up one early morning with a bug crawling on my face. I quickly grabbed my phone to snap a picture. Then I google the image and bed bug came up. It became apparent that my discomfort was caused by a bed bug infestation in the room. The bites were not only painful but also incredibly itchy, making it difficult for me to enjoy the rest of my stay. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, who were not immediately apologetic but made me feel like I was the issue. Housekeeping came to the room to check. Shortly after their arrival, they stated they would come back to check the room after we leave. At this point I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room and made a request to be moved to another room. At that time, I was told the hotel was sold out and they will do their best to accommodate me. Nicole at the front desk gave me another room, but I believe another guest was placed in the room I was in before being treated. While I appreciate the hotel in relocating me upon my request, the fact that such an issue existed in the first place is highly concerning. It raises questions about the hotel's cleanliness protocols and pest control measures. Bed bugs are not only a nuisance but also pose potential health risks to guests. As a paying customer, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and comfort during my stay. In terms of other aspects of my stay, the hotel had its merits. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were well-maintained. However, the presence of bed bugs significantly overshadowed any positive aspects of my experience. I sincerely hope that Holiday Inn takes this incident as a wake-up call to thoroughly address the bed bug issue and implement more rigorous pest control measures. It is crucial for the hotel management to prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their guests by ensuring a safe and hygienic environment. In conclusion, my encounter with bed bugs was an unfortunate and unpleasant experience. While the hotel's response in relocating(after my request) and giving me a 10% discount for ONE day(out of 7 days) was commendable, it cannot compensate for the discomfort, inconvenience, and concern caused by this incident. I would advise potential guests to carefully consider the hotel's track record regarding cleanliness and pest control before making a reservation. Great value even though hotel less a bit dated. Super staff. Great location! The rooms were clean but we needed to dust some areas of the room. However, overall our stay was good.
