Holiday Inn Express Heber City, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Heber City - 1268 S Main St, USA

I stayed at this location for a week and it was a very pleasant one. I came in the middle of the night. I had called and spoken to Tyler, the night shift young man, to let him know that I was gonna be so late. I told him what kind of room I wanted and he had everything just like I asked. He was so nice. I got into my room almost ready to fall asleep but it was an adjoining room. Unfortunately, my neighbors woke up very early and they were so loud. I could hear every word they were saying. But I went downstairs, spoke to Tyler and he said that they would get me into another room as soon as they could. They were sold out from the night before, so they didn’t have anything available. The dayshift young lady came in, Tirzah, and she had the maids get a room cleaned for me. Took my number & in less than a half an hour she called to say it was ready. Next room the air conditioner wouldn't turn off. She got the maintenance gal right up to my room in just a minute or two and she tried her best to fix it, but could not. I was a little frustrated by this point and very tired, but they took care of it. They got the room straight across the hall for me clean so fast. Even the maintenance girl helped clean that room. They got it cleaned lickety-split and all I had to do was move my stuff right over across the hall. I stay at a lot of hotels and I can tell you the service I received during this time was so good. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. They even offered to help me move across the hall. |The rooms are super clean. After I moved from the adjoining room, I never heard my neighbors again. My room was so quiet. The beds are very comfortable. |The breakfast was very good. Young lady named Kelsi was very nice & had everything well stocked. | I would definitely stay there again.

I was there for their annual Pow Wow and was able to get a room on a Saturday night with no problem. The room was Clean, Spacious and cozy. It had a mini office with all the hookups and a sitting area, with a hide-a-bed. The full-length mirror next to the restroom was a big plus. Breakfast was served at 6:30 am, Their breakfast bar was Big and Good with Plenty of choices from sweet to salty. Holiday Inn Help me have a Great Day, In such a Beautiful little town. We stayed here for one night and found it to be very comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options which is always nice. Enjoyed the hot tub but the pool was too cold. First floor was full of dogs and a lot of them barked forever but that's not the hotels fault. I accidentally left my charger behind and I contacted them immediately. Didn't hear back for a few days so I was under the impression it was long gone. Finally received a call back and due to some miscommunication they didn't realize they had it at the front desk. They told me they'd mail it, which I appreciate. Overall, great hotel. Would stay here again.

Business again in Heber City and stayed once again at the Heber City holiday inn and was very happy. Great comfortable beds and pillows ! Everything was clean ! Breakfast was fantastic! Coffee was great ! The front desk staff was great ! I will be back and will choose your hotel. The only thing negative: jacuzzi & pool was closed. I do look forward to the Jacuzzi and pool at the end of the day. I hope work on it is complete when I return .I do like the water you have prepared each afternoon with fruit slices.

This is the cleanest and most affordable hotel I have stayed at. The staff was amazing and very professional. Will definitely stay again!!!! It was conveniently located and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The breakfast had many options and the cleanliness was outstanding!!

My friends and I rented snowmobiles from High Mountain Powersports. The owner of that company (Lloyd Northington) recommended that we stay at the Holiday Inn. He said that he knew the manager and that he could get us rooms for $100 per night. He said that we could send the deposit to him and that he would take care of everything. Three of us sent him $600 each for 6 nights. Within a short time, I received a receipt from Lloyd. In addition, I received a confirmation from the Holiday Inn indicating I had a zero balance. Shortly before our scheduled trip Lloyd advised us to cancel due to low snow conditions. He indicated by text that he would refund our money. It took over 12 weeks to get a refund check that subsequently bounced. I contacted the Hotel and spoke with Jennifer. She stated to me that the hotel did not receive any money in this matter. I find it very hard to believe that 3 people had confirmations that we were going to stay in the Holiday Inn for 6 nights, and the hotel was not going to be compensated. Be careful when dealing with High Mountain Powersports and Lloyd Northington. In this case, 3 of us paid $600 each and have never spent a night in the Holiday Inn.

Most comfortable bed of any hotel I’ve stayed at. Clean, nice room. Helpful staff and perfect breakfast for what I need to start the day. So glad we booked here.

The staff is super friendly and kind and willing to help no matter what you need. The breakfast was awesome and didn't have to worry about leaving the hotel for food. I highly highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay! 10/10 and 5 stars!
