Positives first: The pillows were great!! The sheets were good. The room was neat and clean. The rest of the bed linens looked and felt cheap. The mattress was adequate but not exactly comfortable. Overall, the bed was adequate but disappointing. The door to my room was literally bent at the bottom. The door needed a little extra pressure from the inside to close and a sustained shove to engage the deadbolt. (photo & video) I booked the room both last-minute and late at night and this may have been a factor in the preparation of my room. The air smelled stale. Low temps hit 32° that night and I had to manually turn on the heat. The towels were thin. In the shower were 2 bottles of conditioner, 1 bottle of shampoo, and no soap/body wash. (photo) I notified the front desk at checkout and some comment or question about the ability to call and have it changed was made by the clerk. I don't think it was meant to be rude and I wasn't offended, but it indicates real ignorance and a failure to process feedback from this guest. Scrambled eggs & plain omelettes were served together at the same breakfast buffet. Literally the same food in different shapes. Why? (photo) Both turkey and pork sausage were also served and I respect legitimate and common dietary reasons to offer an alternative to pork sausage. As of 01/08/2024, a printed notice regarding roof work references a 2-3 wk project expected to begin 11/01/2023 and was still posted. (photo) The project is still in progress.

Bed was comfy and pillows were fluffy. Room was very clean. Nice spacious rooms and bathroom. Everything you need in the room from a keurig to a refrigerator and microwave. Sofa was a nice bonus for guests to hang out and not need to sit in the bed to watch tv. Great price too|Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here in November, and my husband likes to go to a place with an indoor pool. The pool was cold and he was unable to swim in it, so it was a disappointment. The staff was really nice at this property, but it's ridiculous to advertise a heated pool when the pool is in fact not heated. The room was heated -- the pool was not. ||Plus this place is raising its rates through the roof! We stayed here in November 2023, and for the same type of room for next November, they want us to pay a minimum of $120 more per night than what we just paid! I checked room rates with some online companies --- if you stay there in January or February, you may still get a decent rate, but if you stay there in any other month, you're going to be paying close to $200-$300! Buyer beware. This used to be an affordable hotel but it isn't anymore, so we won't be staying there again. The prices on LI are ridiculous, but not everywhere. There are places that are affordable if you know where to look.

The housekeeping staff woke us on a Sunday morning pounding on a deadbolted door to clean the room when we were seeping and not due to check out until 11. When I got out of bed to tell them she was trying to push past me into a dark room with my husband asleep in the bed. I brought this to the front desk and even though the door was BOLTED FROM INSIDE she said this is my fault because the DND tag fell off the door. Refused to acknowledge, apologize, nothing. The staff is not friendly all look so miserable no one says please thank you nothing. Breakfast was great, beds comfortable room immaculate but I will NEVER stay again.

Our stay was quick but the hotel was just what we needed. Enjoyed the breakfast and pool and was very quiet after 9 pm so we could sleep. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. The comforter was so nice and pillows nice and fluffy. Room was clean when we arrived and it was easy to get late check- out

We had a negative experience which is a bummer. Rooms were not clean. Random hair and stains everywhere; bathrooms, beds, floor. The floors were very dirty and the furniture and curtains were stained. Some of the lights did not work. The desk lights would not come on. We put both fridges on "medium", one froze everything and one wasn't cold enough. The breakfast area was very run down. Chairs and tables very worn out and unclean. The shower head broke and no one helped us. Room flooded which was stressful. No one helped us clean it up. Had to get towels from the gym area to clean it ourselves. No one ever fixed the shower even with a work order put in. The towels were scratchy and stained. The pool area never had any towels available. The shower curtains were damaged. It was very loud in the hallways and outside. At 5 am on Saturday morning a truck was beeping and idling loudly outside our window. Some kind of delivery. We couldn't sleep at all. The wifi wasn't working properly. The cable kept going out. We stayed 3 nights while visiting my family for Thanksgiving. Our hotel stay was very stressful which was disappointing. We were never offered any compensation for all the troubles we faced during our stay. No one was mean or rude but no one was helpful or apologetic either. Anytime we asked for help we were told there was no staff available to help. I don't recommend this hotel.

I stay at this hotel often and I enjoy my stay every time. Check in and out is so easy and convenient. The staff are always available to help out as best they can. The rooms are usually clean. Although I never eat there the staff always make suggestions on breakfast or snack options offered.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have had in my whole life. The service was as bad as a ghetto hostel. The bed sheets had stains on them. The per policy was in contradiction to "pet friendly" phrase that I saw on the website prior to booking. The room keys did not work over half of the time. The breakfast was ridiculously small and limited. There wasn't even non-dairy option for the coffee. Many times during my 4-day stay, they were out of hot water and/or coffee.
