It’s fine. I came here after booking another hotel that was really scary. I was kind of in a bind. The room was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great and the ladies running the breakfast were very nice. I even used the gym which is sufficient. However, the WiFi barely worked the entire time which was super annoying and inconvenient because I had work to do. So if you need reliable WiFi don’t stay here. It’s a no fuss hotel, nothing more than that. Would I walk around barefoot? Probably not.

Good place overall. Couple minor things. No extra cotton blanket in room, but room setup was nice otherwise. Breakfast was good but apple juice was really watered down. Lots of variety and selection. Staff was helpful in providing hot sauce.

My family and I stayed here for a little over a week, it was such a great stay. The staff was so helpful when we ran into car trouble. They serve breakfast every morning and they had so many different options so it was perfect for us as we are all so picky! They have a pool, hot tub along w a pool table and a few little games, and a fitness center. The room was super clean, they use dove for shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap. We had to use the fold out and it was super comfortable and not lumpy at all and didn't wake up sore. We will come here again and will most definitely stay here!

I went to celebrate my sons birthday and from the check in with Alayshia helping made it smooth, helped book a last minute room for me, very friendly and is a big reason I will come back. The hotel/rooms were clean and spacious and the pool was a great area for my son to play but for me to relax in the jacuzzi. I highly recommend this location.

Let’s start by saying I reserved a room with a king bed and a sofa couch and when I checked in they had given my room to someone else. So I got a different room with two beds. Then had to extend my stay so they made me switch rooms no other hotels have ever made me switch rooms and I’m here for work I have a fridge full of food all my clothes hung up ect just a pain to deal with. The younger lady at the front desk in the morning is very rude she needs taught some manners and perhaps how to be professional in her position. Can’t walk around the room in socks or bare feet or else your feet get black. But I saw No bed bugs or cockroaches in the two rooms I was in. I won’t stay here again the Hampton is two miles away and has much better rooms.

One of the absolute customer service experiences of my entire life. I am sitting in my room and another customer was given a key to enter my room! Apparently the hotel checked me out a day early with no explanation or reasoning! I then realized all my clothing, food, and toiletries were missing from the room. Now I totally understand mistakes happen but I have so many questions. If you had thought I checked out why wouldn't you have called me when you saw all my stuff in the room? Or at the very very least why wouldn't you down to the room after the other customer came down and told you what happen? They didn't do either. But they sure charged my card for another night even though I paid for 2 nights the night before. Ya think you might want to call me or come knock on the down prior to doing that? And it only gets worse. I go down to the front desk to ask what is going on and immediately get defensive and rude behavior!!! Questioning what happen!!! Not even a simple apology. Manager comes out you think she apologized? Nope. She claims the reservation was modified online and some other nonsense about 1pm and removing stuff. Then I show her on the IHG website the reservation is clearly for 2 days and has not been modified ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. Still no apology or anything! my energy drinks, bottle waters, even toothpaste were thrown away. Again no apology!!! Pathetic customer service. I honestly wasn't even mad till I went downstairs but they way they handled it was so poor. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! I may be done with IHG all together. You completely screwup and cant even make a simple apology? Nice way to treat a platinum member. I am a business traveler who will be in this area regularly moving forward. I have always stayed at IHG but you have certainly lost my business with this experience. I will advise my colleagues to not stay here as well.

My family stayed here for 4 nights while visiting out of state family. I appreciated having a small kitchen and food storage in the room. I like having the separate room, we were able to get our toddler to bed separately from the adults. The pool was busy, but it is adults only from 10:30 - midnight. I liked the late exclusive hours. Breakfast in the morning was decent and there was always hot coffee and tea. I would totally stay here again.

I love this hotel! t's one of the best in town that I like taking my kids to. Pool n hot tub was very nice has the game room inside pool area with pool table. It made it fun for kiddos. The Room was clean. Beds comfy as ever! Breakfast amazing. I definitely will be visiting again soon! Only issues was .. Lady at front dest wasn't to cheerful but other then that it's a great hotel.
