The service was superb. We asked for additional pillows and we received them within 5 minutes. We had brought bicycles and there was a wonderful secure place in the hotel to keep them safe. The food in the breakfast area was delicious! The front desk staff acknowledged that we were IHG rewards participants. They were very kind and treated us wonderfully! The room was very clean and modern. The king bed was so comfortable. The TV was huge for a hotel room. Our overall stay was terrific and would certainly come back if we are in this area again!
great overall value and quality. Just like in every holiday inn, the comfort of the pillows is great. The staff here are very nice and helpful. Checking in was fast and easy. The rooms are quite clean as well. Very happy with our stay here.
This hotel is on our list to stay again. One of the best, most comfortable rooms we have stayed in in iur travels. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room was very large and well laid out and the Hostess greeted you as you came in and thanked us for staying at this hotel. The breakfast was very good with many choices and all good. The bathroom lighting was the best I have ever seen in a hotel room, which are usually very dim but this was great. The decor was beautiful as well and very clean. We will stay here again for sure.
I have stayed here several times for business. The staff here is super friendly, consistently. The rooms are consistently clean and well kept. The mattresses are like sleeping on clouds and the bedding is cozy. Breakfast options are good, hot and tasty....there's something for everyone. Small thing, but I hate the lack of a sleep timer on the tvs and there is a parking fee of nearly $8 that is ridiculous since this location doesn't have limited space.....unless you count the amount of large work trucks that park across several spaces near the front.....making the average visitor park far away.
Minor nuisances.
I give this hotel an absolute 5 stars! The room was perfect. It had absolutely everything we needed. The king bed was cozy and comfy. Everything was very clean. That is huge for me, as I am a clean freak. When we asked for additional pillows, we waited no more than 5 minutes. The breakfast set up downstairs was wonderful, food really good. We met Jessica at check-in front desk. She was absolutely wonderful and kind. I even told my husband after we left her, "Now, that's how one treats a guest!
We will definitely come back to this hotel again, if we come back to Flagstaff.
Nice stay - Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Shower had a nice strong stream. Even the refrigerator worked :-) so the only negative i experienced from this stay was that a $5.00 parking fee was added to my bill. I have a normal sedan, so i am guessing all guests pay this fee.
These were the most comfortable beds in a hotel I have ever slept in! The 24/7 access to coffee, tea and hot coco was great and much appreciated. There was a good selection of items at the breakfast buffet and overall it was a great stay. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Flagstaff.
This place is amazing. The room was great. I was able to keep it at my perfect temperature and sleep great every night. So many pillows! All the pillows to choose from. Breakfast was fabulous every day.
The best part was Deborah! The self appointed Lobby Ambassador! She’s marvelous. Goes around during breakfast to check on guests. She asked us what our plans were for the day. I told her we were going to the Grand Canyon and she whipped a map out of her little blue bag and started highlighting and explaining where to go to avoid crowds and see the best views. The woman is a wealth of information. She even has a red nose to wear for kids! Cutest thing ever.

Maybe the best chain hotel in town. Walk a couple of blocks to plenty of places to eat, drink and shop. Beautiful, clean, spacious and light rooms. Nice breakfast, with friendly staff there and at check in. Upgraded to a corner suite.
I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby was lodge-y themed with a large wood-burning fireplace. Front desk was very helpful. The room was spacious (2 queens and pullout couch) and included a coffee bar area with Keurig, fridge, microwave, and safe tuck
My 1st time staying here and i have to say that this is a great affordable place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the the rooms had a mini fridge/microwave which is always a plus. They offer an indoor heated pool with jaccuzi. Check out is at 12p

We had a really great stay here on our way to California. The hotel was in a nice central location. The room was recently updated, and the beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a nice breakfast selection (best for a
I won a bet with my buddy about who had the best burrito in town. I made him eat an El Mayor from Tres Amigos. He looked me dead in the eyes and said: "you win".
Beautiful, beautiful place to visit. I have been as a child and now bringing my own; to learn of their culture and others.
(There is now a restroom in the parking lot and people are still using the main house as a restroom.

Gracie Barra Flagstaff has been such a great place to watch our son learn fundamentals of life, safety and become more confident as a 6 year old. We've only been here since January 2023 and we have enjoyed every part of being involved in this academy
Ordered double Thai hot Pad Se Ew. Appropriate spice level, everywhere else in flag makes their Thai hot too weak.
Great portions and good flavor. Would definitely come back for a big portion of perfectly spicy Thai.
Great local park near downtown Flagstaff. Has a series of trails, including a popular 2-mile loop that is great for walking, running, and biking. Arizona Trail passes through it. Sweeping views of the San Francisco Peaks. An easy escape to nature fo
I was excited to visit here, as it is part of the original Route 66. It did not disappoint! The ambience inside, the servers uniforms, all the automotive memorabilia - it had it all! I recommend the barbecue sliders and the macaroni and cheese sharea
When you hear "hole in the wall" this is the place. But really it's a magical portal to dragon land. The cod and chips was toe curling good. There are meat pies that had me drooling. I picked up some Scotch eggs for breakfast and I'm so egg-cited. I
We have been walking this trail for years. It is one of our favorites, especially when the kids were small and still in a stroller. The trail is about as easy as it gets and has some very scenic views. If you are with little ones, just starting on a
