Holiday Inn Express Dublin, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Dublin - 4428 Cleburne Blvd, USA

I will preface this by saying I stay in hotel rooms pretty regularly and have done so all over the country. When I say this was the MOST comfortable hotel bed I have EVER slept in, I mean it. It gave my bed at home a run for its money! We slept SO good, I didn’t want to get out of bed! We didn’t stay for breakfast as it was a small area and pretty crowded but I would stay here again simply for our bed. 10/10

I have been traveling in and out of Dublin for approximately seven years. The friendly IHG staff always makes me feel welcome. It’s just an overall great place with an awesome breakfast staff. The housekeepers are friendly and do a great job as well. Definitely a go to place. If you enjoy swimming they have an indoor pool. The gym is open 24 hours. Nice

I spend a lot of time in hotels, upwards of three to four months a year, and I frequently choose to stay at Holiday Inns because of their consistent standards of cleanliness and comfort. The Holiday Inn Express in Dublin was no exception. The room was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly, clean. The wi-fi signal was steady and sufficient. Breakfast was good - omelets, bacon, scrambled eggs, cinnamon rolls, pancakes, and breakfast potatoes were the hot offerings. The location was right off the interstate and easily accessible. There was at least one youth baseball team staying at the hotel with a ton of children running around and playing in the pool, but I couldn't hear them in my room at all. I will definitely stay here every time I am in Dublin.

I should’ve paid more attention to the 1 star ratings. We stopped here passing through from Mississippi to Pennsylvania. First, we had to hunt down an employee to check in. No one wants that after 12 hours on the road. Then there was an issue checking in. Not sure if it was user error or a computer issue. Finally we get to the room & it smelled so bad. It was like a mix of pee & cleaner & mildew. Immediately made me nauseous. Then we noticed the water was brown. Not very inviting for showers or brushing teeth. Breakfast was no better. We went down a little before 9 & most things were gone. I tried to ask if more egg would be put out but the staff was not approachable at all. Very short & rude & talking about how she hates her job. The gravy had a long hair on top. I thought a bagel was a safe option but there wasn’t any cream cheese. Staff was MIA. Very disappointing for Hilton. I thought they had higher standards for staff.

The staff is fantastic. I’ve been living there for 3 months and they make me feel like it’s my home away from home. Have to give a special shout out to Buffy. I walk in the lobby after a tough day at work and she brightens my day.

This was one of the best IHG hotels that I have had the privilege to stay inn. Staff very respectful and going above and beyond. Cleanliness was superb and the hot breakfast looked and tasted delicious! They care at this location about customers and it showed during my stay.

Woman at front desk upon entering was extremely nice. Hotel was very clean. There is a Fazoli’s Italian restaurant across parking lot. Would definitely stay here again. Pool was nice. Easy on and off highway.

Great hotel! The staff are nice, efficient and always willing to help. The beds are super comfy and the rooms have been updated. The morning coffee and breakfast are good, just what I need in the morning.
