The beds were so comfy and breakfast was phenomenal! Very diverse food options. The staff were also very nice and accommodating for any needs I had. Also, the guest room was super clean. Just make sure that when using the shower that you have the curtains closed since a nozzle may be pointed towards the door. Additionally, the cleaning staff should not disturb you before your departure time, so tell the manager if that happens. Otherwise, a great experience!
This was a great choice for my stay. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice. I also enjoyed the free breakfast the next morning- delicious!
I have a SD, the lady at the front counter told me he couldn’t go in the dining area. I let her know he was SD, she then asked if she could get my food for me bc she didn’t want him around the food. We were segregated because of a disability, it’s very disheartening tbh! The breakfast staff were so amazing though, food was great, they were friendly and on top of it! Front counter lady needs more training on ADA regulations. Unfortunately because of her I wouldn’t recommend or return.
We were impressed by the size of our room. Cleanliness was A-one. Even in places where other hotels lack. Loved
also the coffee machine. We are Keurig users, and the convenience of using the pods was terrific. I'm also glad to see that they are starting to use toiletries in locked containers, instead of travel size containers. I think the public took them whether they needed them or not. I would think that would be a savings for the hotels, which they can apply to other amenities. Breakfast was great and the employees were on top of keeping everything filled. Holiday Inn Express is becoming my go to hotel chain. Keep up the good work!
The staff was friendly and efficient during the check in process. Clean environment in all areas, rooms were very good. Breakfast choices were plentiful and the food was tasty. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Whenever I come to Danville to my grandson’s basketball game at Averett University, this is the hotel I choose to stay at. I love the breakfast that they provide. The variety of foods offered is great. The food area is always clean, well stocked, and friendly personnel.
The breakfast and staff was amazing. The food was fresh, hot and there was always plenty. The staff were extremely helpful in any way that we needed them.
I did wish there had been a tray so I could take our breakfast to our room a little easier.
