Holiday Inn Express Cortland, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Cortland - 4.5 Locust Ave, USA

The room and breakfast were very adequate for our week's stay. Hotel personnel were friendly and very helpful. I would definitely urge you to put non-slip aids in the bottom of your bathtubs. When guests around us got up early, walls seemed thin and bathroom pipes noisy. Enjoyed weight room, we were glad for the provision of washer & dryer.

Stayed here while attending a conference locally and really appreciated the comfortable room and service. First impression was the nice smelling room -fresh aroma- and the square footage. Room 216 next to the elevator was a little larger. Nice. Super clean bath/shower. Towels are replaced daily. Bed was a Full size and comfortable but would have preferred a Queen size. They do not offer hot chocolate mix in the evening anymore because of irresponsible young people in the past so we will try to remember to bring our own next time, as well as our own favorite Kcups to brew in the room. This chain is our new favorite.

The check in was quick, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was great with plenty of choices. The hotel is right off the exit, easy to find the place. You will like it there.

Our overnight stay was fine. The a/c in the room was unbearably noisy and it did affect my sleep. It was late on a Sunday evening so I wouldn't expect anyone could take care of it right away so we just dealt with it for one night. The room was nicely appointed and had lots of outlets. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were good too. The hotel's location was very convenient as it was near the highway and lots of other places that we needed to go.

Exceptionally friendly and caring front desk personnel. Clean room with great king size bed and comfortable pillows for a solid sleep every night. Separate thermostat to adjust room temperature to our liking. Location near places to eat and lose to town. Will stay here again.

We stayed here for move in weekend at SUNY Cortland. The hotel was fine. The room price is ridiculous for the area. Lots of local people hanging around the hotel parking lot and walking around. Found that strange and made sure to lock my car.

Everything went well during our stay. The bathroom was a little run down, but the beds were comfortable and it was an easy check in process.

Positive: It was convenient and off of the highway. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Negative: Dirty. Room smelled like Jeffery Dahmer lived next door. Window AC kicked on and off and was super loud and didn¿t run consistently, disrupting sleep. Breakfast attendant was on their personal phone in back and everything was empty.
