Treated like a criminal when I checked in because I used points to book and was black. I was asked for TWO forms of IDs. Never asked this at any hotel. I guess you're an inferior guest if you use points., when you have to use credit card to buy the points. Make it make sense. I have never felt more insulted and I'm a Gold Elite member too. Then it was a $50 deposit not displayed anywhere online or at the hotel. Horrible customer service and when I complained and mentioned not recommending that particular hotel, worker just said , "Okay". Not very welcoming to black guests, but was friendly to other guests who came in. When I tried to leave review on IHG website, then suddenly they couldn't find a record of my stay. Place is a joke. lol
Absolutely horrified by this location and their management. We had a room (2 Queen Suite) booked days in advance. The day of the reservation we get a call saying they don’t have that room for us and that they don’t even have that type of room even though it was booked directly from their app. They had no option for us. They wouldn’t even give us two smaller rooms for the same price even though this was their mistake. Now we are on the road trying to find a place to stay for a family of 6 on the day of.
From the time I placed my reservation, Gabrielle was so helpful. Upon arrival, she was efficient as well as kind & patient. She made me feel so comfortable.
This brand of hotels amazes me each time we stay. The staff at this location were wonderful, friendly, and professional! I'll definitely stay here again!
The rooms were very clean as the rest of the hotel. Everyone was very nice!!!! The breakfast was also really good. Coffee was good all day and all night!!!
Keep driving, you will be robbed. There is no security here. High crime area. Manager will say they are coming to provide security video, but then change their mind and maybe come the next day after you’ve waited all day believing their word. Keep driving. You’ve been warned.
So new ypu can still smell the fresh paint. Everyone is professional. Service is exceptional
The location is new, the staff were fantastic. My kids and I enjoyed our stay.
