Holiday Inn Express Columbia - Two Notch - Hotel in Columbia - 8300 Two Notch Rd, USA

Stayed here for a Fort Jackson graduation. The hotel is no more than 10 minutes from the fort and a great option if you're visiting for that reason. Checking in and out was super easy. Staff very nice. Room was clean. Honestly the beds were probably the comfiest hotel beds I've slept on in a long time. Overall hotel was quiet. Breakfast was your standard Holiday Inn breakfast and was well stocked with fresh food. Parking lot was well lit however, I did have to deal with some riff raff trying to scam me out of a few bucks "to support the homeless" my first night there. Overall a great stay! Also of note the train tracks are close by so you may hear a train or two overnight. Personally, I thought it was cool!

I had a great experience here, very quiet and comfortable stay. The beds were fantastic. Close proximity to Fort Jackson and easy on/off of I-77. Also, there is a Texas Roadhouse next door which is very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will stay here again if in the area.

Desk clerk was nice enough, but I didn’t like being told that the cockroaches we saw were probably moving around because the exterminator had just been there, and did I want to try another room? Well, no, not without knowing where the roaches planned on moving TO!!! No refund, no response from the management whatsoever. We stay almost exclusively at Holiday Inn Express facilities. This one isn’t worth of the name.

Clean room and nice shower, hair dryer was missing only thing to comment on the room. The manager was nice when I called but my boyfriend walked down to get it because I had just got out of the shower. We drive a semi/big truck bobtail. Manager asked us to move the truck to the other side of the parking lot. The reviews before our stay commented on the homeless and pandhandling. We were nervous about moving the truck but manager assured us it was safe and on camera. Everything was good the next morning. It was a bit noisy on the 1st floor but hotel employees can’t control all of that. Over all pleasant stay.

I like the breakfast items. Gloves were available. I everything I did was rushed. All I did was sleep, eat, go, sleep, left early (no food). I didn’t use gym or pool. I didn’t like room restroom situations. There’s no hairdryer, no iron. That’s not the restroom situation, it was something’s more.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. We flew out to South Carolina for a military graduation. There weren’t much hotels available in the area so we decided to check in here. The hotel is located in a rough area. Right when we got to our rooms there was a strange oder, the beds had HAIR in them. It looked like they didn’t clean the sheets. The restroom was decent but the restroom door was see-through which was very uncomfortable since there was multiple family member in one room (two beds). I wish I would of read the reviews before ever getting there. Unfortunately we had arrived late at night and just wanted to get some rest. The only good thing I will say is that they serve breakfast which is decent and their is a Texas Road House right by the hotel which is very convenient.

Rooms were pretty beat up. Pictures are deceptive. One night stay not to be repeated. The lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Cookies were a nice touch. My party really enjoyed the free breakfast. Some quality housekeeping would help.

I enjoyed my stay and was able to extend it the morning of because they had availability. I didn’t have any issues with noise, cleanliness, or using appliances. I am satisfied with my stay and I feel so much better knowing of a good spot in Columbia.
