Holiday Inn Express Cleveland-Vermilion, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Vermilion - 2417 OH-60, USA

This was our first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. We had the king suite, which was very nice. The room, the lobby, the cafe area and the outside of this hotel were spotless. The employees were very nice, and I was very impressed overall. This hotel has all of the cute extra touches, like a little notepad and pen on the desk in the room, make up remover pads by the sink, Keurig, etc. I was surprised at how nice everything was. The breakfast was also really good. If we return to the area, we would definitely stay again.

Loved our 2 night stay. The room was very nice and spotless. Everything was in great condition. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was above average, in my opinion. This location is very well maintained. It was quiet and in a rural area, yet close to town. No complaints and definitely recommended.

Perfect Holiday Inn, just what we needed for our dinner at Chez Francois. This hotel is very clean and quiet, close to town & offers a convenient decent breakfast buffet. The beds are comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker in the room.

We stayed here visiting relatives. On Friday I had to defrost food for a party that we needed to cook on Saturday. I brought the food back but the refrigerator in the room was not working. I informed Donna of this and she had maintenance get is a new refrigerator. Donna also held onto our good in the big refrigerator so that I could take son for a haircut. Thank you Donna for going above and beyond, you are an exemplary employee and take great pride in customer service.

We loved so much about this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and well set up. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, lots of choices. Convenient location. Pet friendly. My only complaint was the water temperature in the shower - I couldn’t get anything more than barely tolerable. If they could fix that problem, I would highly recommend this place.

I was in town for several days for a funeral. Every time I came and went the staff was very friendly. They asked me how I was and if I needed anything. It was conveniently located and clean. I had everything I needed in my room. Great beds. Plenty of seating in the rooms. Plenty of parking. Not a huge breakfast area but it's clean and has good choices.

Enjoyed our stay. Hotel staff were all friendly & helpful. Dawn was helpful when I initially called before booking through the app. The room was clean with plenty of towels, etc. Breakfast had a good variety & the gentleman cleaning/restocking it was very nice. He was very attentive to restocking food & greeted everyone.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Room was very clean and I was impressed with the breakfast; omelettes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, cereal etc. we had an issue or two with our room key and the front desk person working on Sunday, 5/27 was so very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Even the person who was cleaning our room was super helpful. All around - I was impressed!
