I just stayed there for a night after attending a show at the OCC Roadhouse. My room was available for early check-in at about 1:30. I was very happy with the room and the room and hotel cleanliness. The breakfast is as expected. I really liked how it seemed all the rooms faced the internal courtyard/pool area. Nice to look at and limits outside noise.

Although this was a quick trip, I enjoyed my stay. The beds were really comfortable and the room was very modern and chic. I used my points to get this room and the deposit fee wasn’t much and was returned in a timely manner. The service at the front desk was great and everyone seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. The complementary breakfast in the morning was delectable however, the juice could use some work as it had no flavor. Coffee was good. All in all, great for short stays.

This location was great! My Hat goes off to the Housekeepers! I can tell that they take pride in their work. As soon as we arrived in our Room, it was nice and clean. It not only smelled clean, but it was actually clean which I appreciate! Also the Front Desk Staff were really nice. For Breakfast, there are various Hot and Cold Options to choose from. I can also appreciate the Upgrades they've done to the Hotel. It looks nice and modern. I am very happy! No complaints. Y. Maddox Ga

The first day we show up, the person checking us in was not very friendly nor professional. However, the next morning when stop to talk to Courtney about our room and extended stay. Courtney was very knowledgeable and super friendly. This was great experience for us. Also, the cleaning staff was good and effective including the person prepared our breakfast every morning.

Lovely hotel we stayed at for 3 nights. The prices cannot be beat for the quality. Spacious double queen room with a large screen tv and a variety of lighting options throughout for different moods. The front desk staff was amazing!! Very accommodating! Love them! The free breakfast is awesome! The pool was very clean and relaxing. Great location! Overall we Love holiday inn express and this location is a HUGE WIN! Trust me, if you’re looking at hotels in the area, book this one! You won’t be disappointed!

Positive: Very clean. The bed was so comfortable, not too hard or soft. Sheets and blankets were cozy.?not stiff and didn?t smell of bleach. Negative: There was absolutely zero gluten free options. I couldn?t find a staff member to ask if they had anything ?out back? as some hotels will keep some there.

This is a strategic surprisingly good-quality hotel. We were on a short vacation at ClearWater FL, and we booked this hotel for their reviews. It’s quiet, clean, comfortable rooms, ours have 2 double beds ( unfortunately one of them was not very comfy) that’s the only reason why I’m not giving the 5 stars. The bathroom is spacious also and the room was super clean. The service is amazing, this hotel is located within a short distance from the beaches. Is close to the highways. The breakfast is standard ( eggs, milk, muffins, some fruits, yogurt) but if you want something else, they will definitely prepare it for you! Thanks!

Service was not the best, very unfortunate because the location is excellent and it is very beautiful. When we arrived at the room they had finished cleaning it when we checked in, but the cleaning products they used had an unpleasant smell. The cleaning employee was asked for an additional bath towel and they never delivered it, we had to wait several hours and ask for it at night. On the second day at breakfast an employee was loudly saying to leave everything ready and finish quickly, I consider it a lack of respect. When we returned from our day at the beach, the room was not clean and we had to wait in the lobby for more than two hours!!! No cordiality at the time of always reporting what was happening in the room. We leave this hotel disappointed.
